Ho ordinato un paio di calze che dovevano arrivarmi intorno al 19 dicembre. Non mi sono mai arrivate perché l'indirizzo non Ú stato trovato e il mio ordine Ú stato spedito in magazzino. Ho chiesto dove fosse per ritirarlo e ho ricevuto una risposta dopo 10 giorni, mentre ero via. Ho risposto prontamente ma il servizio clienti Ú totalmente scomparso. Mi hanno fatto un rimborso, ma ho comunque pagato le spese di spedizione e non ho mai ricevuto nessun prodotto. Ancora adesso sto aspettando che mi rispondano. Il servizio clienti via e-mail Ú pessimo, non hanno un numero da contattare. E vorrei sapere se anche la qualità dei loro prodotti Ú deludente.

Ordine effettuato il 15/12/22, ricevuta mail con tacking 2 giorni dopo ma il mio pacco non risulta preso in carico dal corriere. Praticamente impossibile contattare il servizio clienti. à passato un mese ormai, io non ho ricevuto un dei regali che speravo di consegnare a Natale e leggendo le altre recensioni non riceverò nemmeno un rimborso essendo passato il tempo limite.

I gave Jimmy lion 1 star as I couldn't give them 0. I ordereded from the UK website and as the socks "got lost" I then tried from the European web so they could be in Spain on time for Christmas. MISTAKE. After 10 days I'm still waiting for them, the tracking shows that there are incidents and couldn't be delivered although at the suppose arrival time there was someone at home and then when trying to contact the customer service nobody replies. Awful awful customer service . I should have read the reviews before deciding to buy online.

Magnifiques mais un peu chÚres
Des chaussettes magnifiques et de qualité, même si un peu trop cher à mon avis. Je précise quand même que le délai de livraison de 3 jours nâest pas respecté à la lettre le colis prendra plutÃŽt 4 à 5 jours pour être livré.
En ce qui concerne le prix, je vous conseille dâutiliser un code promo si vous en avez reçu par mail et tout cumuler avec un pack de chaussettes pour économiser une dizaine, voire vingtaine dâeuros.
Non existent customer service
Ordered socks mid-December for Christmas. Paid $15 extra for Express shipping (2-3 days). It is now December 26 and no movement out of Germany. No communication from Jimmy Lion, no response to emails, no indication on their website of a holiday order cutoff. Ended up without gifts on Christmas.

Hice un pedido el dÃa 12 de diciembre para un intercambio de regalos con indicación de que llegarÃa a la persona en 48h.
1- No recibà ningún mail de confirmación del pedido, no tengo un número con el cuál hacer seguimiento, pero PORSUPUESTO que si tengo el cargo en mi cuenta bancaria.
2- Envié 3 correos durante al semana, y también he contactado por Instagram y NADIE me da respuesta. Siliencio total.
3- Entiendo que son fechas en las que la mensajerÃa da problemas. Pero la gestión y la falta de comunicación es terrible. Me siento estafada ya que me han cobrado algo que ni se si llegará (y que ya no necesito pues he tenido que comprar una alternativa.).
4- A todas estas, siguen promocionando en redes sociales el "envÃo en 24-48h". ¿En serio?

WOW. Terrible service. I made my order 23/11 and according to the tracking service it departed from transit office 28/11 and no further updates⊠baring in mind they use DHL and not RM! I have emailed and was given 24/48 hours for them to respond.. this time has passed with nothing.. I have just messaged their Instagram account in hopes of a response but not too hopeful at this point! Very disappointing as a Christmas present and the delivery fee wasnât cheap either! And for what??? Wouldnât recommend this company.
