Surpris en effet par la note car j'avais commandé 5 paires de chaussettes en solde.
J'ai lu les avis après et j'ai pris peur mais j'ai été livré au bout d'une semaine.
Aucun problème.

Lamentable. Pedido realizado el 7 de marzo y sin noticias de los productos 10 días después. No contestan a emails ni formularios, solo han contestado cuando he llamado a la tienda de Madrid. Me dicen que uno de los productos no está en stock cuando en la web están todos los productos de mi compra disponibles. Esperando resolver el problema para no volver a comprarles nada.

Ordered many times, smooth, fast delivery and i love the items. Good quality and cool patterns. Im a fan!

Je suis presque un peu surpris de la note moyenne pour cette marque. J'ai fait 2 commandes. A la seconde, le colis a été perdu mais le service client m'a répondu et j'ai reçu un nouvel envoi sous 8 jours. J'avais découvert cette marque avec la collab Basquiat et la nouvelle collab avec Miro est juste magnifique !

Ho acquistato dall’Italia per sbaglio ho inserito nella registrazione una mail sbagliata quindi non ho più ricevuto notizie dell’acquisto. Ho mandato un messaggio e mi hanno risposto in pochi secondi tranquillizzandomi e correggendo il mio errore. Inoltre, la merce è arrivata in due giorni, ma ancora più eccellente la qualità del prodotto semplicemente spettacolare ho subito effettuato un secondo acquisto…. Ragazzi, siete fortissimi continuate così.

Commande faite depuis le Canada pour 90$, résultat de la commande 30$ de douane à payer à réception … c’est ridicule et c’est du vol ! Vous êtes nul, et votre produit n’est pas qualitatif c’est honteux. Il ne fait pas de laisser séduire ..

I ordered a gift set of socks as a present for someone. Turns out they already had that set so I checked the returns policy, and I just had to send them back (to Spain). The policy stated I was liable for postage, taxes and fees. I returned them via international parcel force.
I didn't hear anything so after a couple of weeks I checked the tracking, and it stated the parcel had been refused.
I contacted customer support and after about a week I received a response reiterating that it was up to me to pay postage, taxes and fees, so they'd refused the parcel.
It has been returned to a Spanish post office, waiting to be collected by me. I'm in the UK.

Now customer service aren't responding.

I accept liability for any additional fees, but how am I supposed to know what fees or taxes Spanish customs are going to apply before I send the socks. The obvious thing is to take any fees out of my refund. As it is, I've spent £54 on the socks, £11 on the postage, and don't even have the socks.
And the returns process is 'send them back to us and write your order number on the package'. There's no way to initiate a return from the website (with a potential option to pre-pay fees), so there's no way of tracking your return if it actually gets through to them.

This is not how to run a company, they will go bust within the next couple of years. Perhaps that's why they are trying so hard to avoid refunds.

Incidentally, I'd already ordered a different gift set to give to the person, so it's not like they were losing a sale. Avoid Jimmy Liars

I was a bit nervous reading the reviews from trustpilot after buying from the storw. But the items arrived today in perfect condition just as expected. The socks are great quality. Would 100% recommend.

Ich wundere mich über die schlechten Bewertungen. Ich bestelle jetzt zum 3. Mal. Die Socken haben eine sehr gute Passform, angenehmes Material und sehen schön aus. Auch die Bestellung lief problemlos und der Kontakt mit der Kundenbetreuung (meinerseits wegen der Versandadresse) war freundlich.

Pakje werd op 27 november besteld tijdens de black friday sale. Dit met de gedachte dat dit ruim voor de feestdagen zou aankomen. Op de website stond dan ook vermeld “voor 12u besteld, vandaag verzonden” en dat de verzendingsduur naar België 3 tot 6 werkdagen zou duren. Ik kreeg na twee weken nog steeds geen enkele mail of update van de verzending van het pakje, tot mijn trackingsnummer zelfs gewoon verviel. Hierdoor was ik genoodzaakt contact op te nemen met de service, die me dan zeiden dat het nog niet eens verzonden was. Na nog een week wachten en nog een mail met eis tot schadevergoeding, kreeg ik eindelijk ( na 4 weken ) een mail dat het verzonden was. Op 23 december ( net voor kerst ) kwam het dan uiteindelijk aan, een maand later… Dit heeft veel stress veroorzaakt dat ik geen cadeautje zou hebben voor kerst. Zeker het niet op de hoogte houden van de status van het pakket was echt niet oke. Schandalig!!

Inaffidabili sulle spedizioni e sulle consegne. Capisco che nel periodo natalizio ci voglia di più, ma non hanno mandato nessun avviso. I soldi li hanno presi. Consiglio di non acquistare sul loro sito, ma da altri che vendono il prodotto. Dal mio punto di vista non c’è trasparenza nelle consegne ed è molto grave. Non acquisterò mai più un loro prodotto.
Dal 14 dicembre non ho ricevuto nessuna notizia del mio ordine. Vergognosi

Ma commande de Noël, commandée il y a 3 semaines n'arrivera jamais. Livraison indiquée sur le site sous 1-3 jours après expédition - encore faut-il expédier les produits ! Le service client est inexistant, j'ai reçu un message comme quoi mon colis avait été envoyé, mais le lien de suivi n'existe sur aucune plateforme (donc n'a jamais existé). Pour moi c'est un site arnaque, j'ai saisi Paypal pour me faire rembourser. Je croise les doigts !

Pedido realizado el 29/11 que fue recibido el 18/12, después de escribir muchos email y a través de redes sociales. No siempre contestan a los email y no sé cumplen los tiempos de envío.

Ho acquistato un box con 10 paia di calzini indicando la misura M presa dalla guida alle taglie del prodotto, i calzini arrivati sono della misura errata, ho cercato di contattare il servizio clienti più volte ma nessuna risposta, completamente ignorato!!! Eppure sono un cliente che ha acquistato svariate volte da loro calzini, magliette, costumi da bagno....Pessimo! Non acquisterò mai più nulla da loro

J'ai passé commande il y a 10 jours et elle est arrivée aujourd'hui. En effet ce n'est pas aussi rapide que d'autre grandes chaines mais je m'y suis prise à l'avance et le principal c'est qu'elle soit arrivée avant Noël! Les chaussettes sont vraiment canon, j'ai hâte de les offrir!

Catastrophique : commande envoyée puis plus aucune nouvelle ni avis de suivi . Plusieurs messages et finalement une réponse en anglais très générale évoquant des délais . Plusieurs pubs promettant une livraison rapide sans frais ..et une réception 1 mois après au lieu de 3 jours dans un mot d excuses ni dédommagement . A fuir

Guys, be careful because the package is not being shipped and no one replies. I believe this is a scam. I have requested information about my package and no one responds. Since November 25th, I still haven’t received my tracking number. I asked for a refund and they are ignoring me.

Ma commande n’est toujours pas traité depuis 3 semaines!! Service client injoignable il ne répond pas à mes e-mails. C’est une grosse arnaque ce site

Do not use this company. I ordered on Black Friday this year and have yet to receive the order, and they’ve ignored my repeated requests for an update. It’s now got so bad I’ve started a pay dispute process with my bank. Really disappointed.

Never heard from them after ordering. I emailed many times. They said they don't have an order associated with my email. I sent the order # and the PayPal receipt. They responded saying they don't have have an order connected to my email. Makes no sense. Canceling the order through PayPal tomorrow. I ordered almost 3 weeks ago. Don't trust.
