They never deliver the quick order on time. You will barely receive your order after 10 hours. And funny thing is, you cannot cancel the order and not by customer care.

Order groceries on may 5. Received on may 7 delay in delivery and also with missing groceries items 4 to 5 items
Billing is done for missing items

ITS A HORRRIBLE WEBSITE. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
Their customer care is horrible and firstly every product I have got from there was either wrong (beauty product) or rotten (frozen item). When that happens the customer care keeps making you go round and round in circles. On top of that the orders I made, are showing as if they didn't exist. The chatbox agent didn't log out of the chatbox and due to that the bank details I posted on that for refund, did not reach the back end team and they closed my ticket. THERE IS NO COORDINATION BETWEEN DEPARTMENTS AND I THINK THEY DO THIS DELIBERATELY BECAUSE THEY DO NOT INTEND TO GIVE REFUND FOR THE WRONG PRODUCT THEY SENT.

I tried to initiate the return there Order page doesn't work, you cannot initiate the return request, the customer service is of no use, I talked to Ankita, Rohan Dutta and Uzmanaaj Khan(680208981), everyone said the same thing we are working on it.
Biggest mistake of my life to order from them, don't waste your money ordering from them, the don't help you with return or any issues you encounter its waste of money to buy from this website

If a ZERO was possible, I would have given a BIG ZERO. Ordered items like Milk @9 AM in the morning under quick delivery and asked to wait till 9 PM in the night - what a joke? Indefinite delivery delays and no accountability, cancelling order does not work and even the support staff says they don't have access to cancel it. So, if the delivery is not made and you can't cancel the order and you don't get any ETA's, as a customer what are you supposed to do?

Bought AC with free installation. In peak summer delivery delayed twice. Installation couldn't happen even after two weeks. Raised a complaint and waited for more than a week and still no resolution provided. Pathetic customer service they just disconnect the calls. This is why foriegn brands build more trust.

Maine order kiya tha quick main aur q hour se bhi jyada time hua tha fir bhi order nhi aaya so I decided to connect to customer service fir unhone kaha ki end of the day tak order ayega pr agar koi urgency abhi hain to order bad main leke kya fyda isliye I told then to cancel the order and refund my money but they said we can't ekdam bad experience tha jaldi call bhi nhi uthate

Third class refund policy. They own cancelled my prepaid order, because the haven't product, But I don't receive my refund prepaid amount 20+ day's after order cancelled, costumer care members are useless.

Worst application, Poor delivery fraud scam app

Pathetic website and app ever I seen, I was ordered milk, that was i received Rs.150 at wallet after expencing almost full day. Which I was paid by credit card, now need to make expence, I ordered grapes which i expected in same day delivery but it was showing after 2 days delivery. Where i paid extra money, in market rate is Rs.150 per kg i paid Rs. 118 for 400gm. It was too high and not on time delivery,

It is embarrassing
This kind of pathetic service i never expected from jio it's better to shut it off immediately

And please don't buy anything from this pathetic platform, moreover reviews tell you more than me.

App is buggy,
Ordered things go out of stock after placing order,
Orders get cancelled,
Customer service is pathetic,

They can't find address in posh locality,
They don't hav quality products..
so it's better u don't serve at all.. Pls close stores ur stores and take down this app.. tumhari aukad nahi hai market me kaam karne ki.. even local kirana guy is better than this company.. I switched to my local kirana store..

Never ever order from JioMart
I have ordered one Samsung AC, suppossed to be delivered by 22nd Apr 2026.
When i reported on 22nd Apr 2026 around 7:45 PM, customer care team asking me to wait till 12 in night.
There is no status update in portal.
23rd Apr, i raised complain and started following up since morning. The customer support team dont have single clue whats the status of order, whats ETA, where is product, nothing. They are simply saying same line again and again " Wait till delivery, we will report to backend team". They dont know how to talk, no information, nothing.

I am never gonna order from JioMart and suggest same to everyone.

The worst app for ordering vegetables......95% of the ordered vegetables were rotten and the rest were of inferior quality.....

I ordered two soda bottles none were deliver as they were out of stock. It shows in the app as well but refund for only was processed. I provided the screenshot as well but I was denied refund stating only 1 was out of stock as per their record. And customer care agent was very rude about it. Worst experience.

Always delivery is delayed or never delivered. Majority of time they cancel the items without any notice.
Jio mart delivery is always delayed.

I bought a papaya from JioMart—the moment I ate it, I got a stomach ache!N also It tasted of chemicals.

Jiomart services ate extremely poor:
1- They charged inordinately high rate over MRP. Even customer care refused to lodge complaint. Online helpline is not working.
2- I am unable to use my wallet balance since last 6 months

Worst customer service. I ordered 2 Nos Bluetooth Speakers making full advance payment. After 5 days, I received a parcel with only 1 speaker. The outer box is so small that it cannot accommodate 2 speakers. I have raised a service request sharing several photos. Still I haven't got the replacement / refund. Jiomart is a fraud, looting lots of customers. Never order anything in Jiomart.
