I have subscriptions to the Jlo face, body and mask. I love all their products. My skin looks great. I had to go get a mole removed at dermatologist. They could not believe I was 55 with no wrinkles and how good my skin looked. I told them I used Jlo products. Dermatologist told me to keep doing what I was doing, that it was working.

Very simple to find the products you want. I love that I can choose when the products arrive anytime I need to make a change. I have been using the products (cleansers, day and night moisturizing cream, eye cream and face serum for almost a year and the results have been outstanding! The product itself it's great, but your website needs A LOT of help. I can't remove unwanted products. It allows me to add but not enter "0" amd/or cancel. Very inconvenient, since I have to push back days instead of just adding when needed. Also, at one point, I had multiple accounts open due to not recognizing same email. Hope it's been fixed, but the website needs lots of work.
