Shivani was absolutely amazing — so helpful and patient with us as first-time buyers. She guided us through every step and didn’t rest until we got the best deal possible. Couldn’t recommend her enough!

We have used JLP Finance once again because,frankly, Darren is fantastic. he explains everything really clearly, and always re-explains if we have further questions. he gets back to us in good time, and has helped us through 4 (re)mortgages now. The level of support is both comprehensive and empathetic, but most importantly it makes you feel at ease with so much jargon, and he has found some superb deals for us in a very tricky climate. I will be using Darren/JLP for the next remortgage is 5 years time!
