Ordered storage bins. Never arrived, no reply to my emails from company. Opened dispute with PayPal who immediately refunded money. Would never use company again.

Aftersales service - There is none!
Following my husband's stroke, I thought the next step to him getting in the garden, was a one handed wheelbarrow.
It arrived looking scratched and without instructions!
I have emailed twice - no response,
I have tried numerous times to ring. The mailbox is full and I am told to try again later!!

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this company. I ordered a set of three planters, ALL of which arrived damaged. I immedialtely sent an email with pictures (trying to phone them is futile -- don't waste your time). After 5 days, NO response to either of the emails that I have sent.
Edit: After either reading my review here or the one I put on ther Fb page, Jmart responded within hours; shipped and I have received a replacement for my pots broken in shipment. Whilst I appreciate the resolution of this matter, answering the phone or reponding directly to my initial emails would have avoided bad feelings on my part.

Take days to answer to emails

Do not use this company. I ordered two camping chairs at a cost of £60. They arrived covered in black plastic smelling of petrol. When opened the covered were blackened sticky and unuseable. I cannot get any response. All Mail and phone boxes full. It’s bad practise and illegal. I want a refund and collection of these items but cannot speak to anyone. Alan S hertfordshire

minimal staff in the whole shop spend about 10 minutes to find someone to help me , would not recommend, always put the prices up when they know it will sell ie the sledges were £9.99 and once they knew it would snow they put them up to £12.99 , this is not how a shop should work , it’s appalling
Ordered a Lava lamp from this company
Ordered a Lava lamp from this company. The item arrived damaged, however after sending an email regarding a replacement. I was expecting some sort of delay or trouble. Within 24 hours I have received friendly email from customer service explaining what will happen, that the replacement will be dispatched as soon as possible. I was expecting a week or two, nope, two days later I had a courier delivering my new item and collecting the damaged one. I am surprised and amazed haw quickly and efficiently everything was arranged for me. No hassle at all. I am very happy with the new item and JMart customer service.
Avoid. Inferior service
Ordered a fire basket. Arrived damaged. They do not answer calls or reply to emails. Avoid at all costs. Inferior damaged product and no customer care!

I recently ordered a chimenea online…
I recently ordered a chimenea online from this company. Whilst waiting for it to arrive I checked out the reviews and started to feel anxious as they were so negative. My Chimenea arrived within a few days. It wasn’t quite what I imagined so I had to return it. I received a friendly email from the company to tell me they had received my return and my money was back in my account within a few days. I cannot fault the service that I have received from JMart. Thank You.

Ordered well over a week ago for a next day delivery...
Still no parcel, One email stating that they sent it on the 21st jan on 24 hour delivery. No one answers the phone and emails are almost non-existent.

Another company with bad business practices to avoid....
Another bad experience with a company that i don't believe ever had the stock they say they do on the website.
Paid for next day delivery as the item was for a birthday present, this was refunded, and received a tracking code but Hermes never received the item, this is such a bad business practice that i am seeing with other companies also !!!
Obviously i never received the item and was told that Hermes had lost it but how can they lose something that they never received ???
After chasing up i was told another had been sent and i received another tracking number which again said that Hermes had not received the item and yet again i did not receive the item.
After chasing i have now been told that Hermes have lost it again ( i'm going to contact Hermes to discuss this) and they are no longer in stock so i now have to wait 2-3 days for a refund which is totally unacceptable. YOU ARE ABLE TO REFUND IMMEDIATELY AS SHOWN WITH THE POSTAGE.
Reading previous answers to reviews i have no intention to contact JMart to discuss as any answers/excuses you have to this should be put into text at the bottom of this review for all to see.

Just been in and felt completely safe whilst being guided around by a young man names James. Cant rate their black bags enough - they are amazing.

Missing , damaged items - poor customer service
1st and last time I order from here! Missing and damaged items and very poor customer service.
I ordered a wheelbarrow and a bistro set cover. Only the wheelbarrow arrived . The delivery driver was extremely rude because he couldn’t figure out the house on the address. Said aggressively he wasn’t going to deliver any more!
The wheelbarrow had cosmetic damage in 8 places .
I tried to call- no way to get through. I emailed and finally got a reply saying they’d refund the cover - not send it!! Nor any explanation. They did not even mention the wheelbarrow or the poor delivery experience . Have now sent them photos of the damage as they should have asked for.

Came in time, queries were answered by staff but item wasn’t great quality. Ordered an outdoor fire which went up in flames in first use and all the paint came off
