Ordered storage bins. Never arrived, no reply to my emails from company. Opened dispute with PayPal who immediately refunded money. Would never use company again.

CON ARTISTS
I ordered a metal 15L bin. It arrived packed in a black bag !! It was so dented and buckled it was totally unusable. I immediately contacted them and not once have they replied. I've asked time and time again for a full refund. Again not even the courtesy of a reply.
THIS IS A COMPANY TO AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.
I'm furious that I can't get my money back, and they won't reply to my emails.

Very poor seller and service.
Ordered 2 items, advised that both would be delivered together, tracking showed both items together but when received only one item in packaging.
Tried to contact them numerous times with no response.
Fortunately the item not sent was less than £3, going to leave it and lesson learnt, I know that’s not really the point It’s £3 they have gained for nothing and I have lost but hey ho!
Please avoid.

So I ordered a stool a week ago on next day delivery online, I still don't have a stool/refund or any response from anyone when I tried contacting the stores they claim to have nothing to do with jmartwarehouse.co.uk, yet click the website on each stores page and its same website I ordered from, all three stores I contacted all hung up on me when I said I was recording the conversation as I felt I was being swindled. My advice do not use this company as you are unlikely to get your goods or money back. I only wish I'd checked trust pilot first before ordering

Been promised a refund but still waiting. Looking at other trust pilot reviews it seems common that items are missing from orders with long refund periods. Some kind of scam?
I wouldn't recommend on that basis alone, far too many reports of missing items.
Didn't expect this from you
Just back from shop. Gent not wearing a mask still got served. Staff stood by while he tried to push past me and said nothing except that it is up to police to enforce the mask wearing. What a cop out. Should be closed down and all others that don't comply. I don't really want corvid do you?

Ordered 2 weeks ago, paid for next day delivery, knowing it would take longer at present but thinking it would speed things up. E mailed after a week and was told it was delayed at couriers ( despite having no notification of dispatch) Still waiting and no response to a further email. I can order the same item from elsewhere which gives me a delivery date, so thinking of cancelling the order. I understand and appreciate delays at present but they shouldn’t give an option of next day delivery. I’ve had no problems with online deliveries from other companies.
Poor Customer Service
Placed an order over 2 weeks ago and paid for next day delivery as still advertised on their website. Still not received items or any response to emails or calls. I understand there may be delays in the current climate but if your going to open and take orders and peoples money you should have the decency to keep people updated. Not great!!

The item I ordered, a dog food storage unit, was inadequately packaged and arrived broken beyond use. So far I’ve been unable to get any contact by telephone, emails are answered. No goods return info available. Avoid at all cost.
