Dean has been so hopefully in us getting a mortgage, we ranged from shared ownership properties to then figuring out we could afford a full mortgage.

Dean was excellent to work with to get a mortgage offer completed for a BTL. Very easy to get hold of and most of all knowledgable in this area, providing various options and flexibility. He was also responsive over the Christmas period providing updates and also putting me on a better product as rates changed in the markets. I’ll definitely be using Dean again and recommending him to family and friends.

The level of service and quality provided by Jackson Mortgage Brokers was outstanding. We worked with a mortgage advisor and a protection advisor on our first mortgage application and it went really smoothly. We can’t fault the level of service and will be reusing their services when we come to review our mortgage at the end of our initial 5 year term.

Dean is absolutely outstanding in his role. He took the time to speak with us over the phone initially to discuss all our requirements and go through financial checks so we knew what we could afford. He was patient and would go above and beyond with emailing solicitors for us to chase and handle queries and no ask was too much. He was a saviour in this process as I’m sure everyone knows, buying and selling is not a smooth process, but it genuinely felt smooth all because of Dean. I cannot recommend him and the branch enough. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Clare Bisset is a miracle maker!!! One thing I can proudly say is that I truly reccomend Clare at Jackson Mortgages, with a hard case of getting us approved to a reasonable Mortage lender she went above and beyond with such a tight time frame and absolutely smashed it out the park. We've always felt like we're in good hands with Clare, and now we've got the keys and in our home before Christmas!! Highly recommend!!

Chris Jackson previously helped us when we got our first mortgage, when he was based at another brokerage. When I found out he had left, I made sure to find out where he had moved to as I was so impressed with how he had helped us previously. I was very glad to find that Chris had opened his own brokerage and not only did he remember me but he also gave us some great advice. His colleague Dean Bennell was assigned to help with our remortgage and I cannot express how easy Dean made the whole process. Everything was explained clearly and concisely and all our options were laid out for us whilst also providing recommendations to make sure we got the best possible deal. Dean went above and beyond to ensure that we were in the best position when it came to our remortgage and as someone who finds the thought of mortgages daunting, I felt reassured throughout the whole process - he is a real credit to the company. Even now, we are sorting out our insurance through David Hilton and yet again a really seamless process with another very knowledgable and helpful member of the team. Chris and his team have been amazing throughout this entire process and I look forward to working with them again when the time comes to remortgage - I couldn't recommend them enough!
