I send money on 2 occasions
I send money on 2 occasions. The 1st time took 7day business days. Which is understood. The 2nd time I send money and its been 5business days thus far and the money have yet to reach my bank account. The funds were sent to the same account and same bank on both transfers. Its said on the 2nd transfer the transfer time would be less than the 1st transfer time.

Received 2txt messages regarding promotional rate for today. These came from the same numbers linking this survey. Store personnel state this is false information. Your bank is really losing credibility with this gimmick. Trustworthiness is in the toilet.

I'd love to be able to send money from my home using my Cayman Island Scotia debit card. The online options are limited to credit cards from USA or other foreign countries.

Tortuga Smith Road, and On The Run Industrial Park are too slow. You need to implement online transfer that would solve the lengthy wait in line.

Good morning hope all is well.
I had a customer from the of JN from the cayman islands. I had being a customer in the grand cayman for several months now, I only uses JNMT for all my money movement to Jamaica, either paying bill, business and my family mentaince. JNMT is # 1. I am unhappy with today's service with Ms. Andrea Clarke at the Eastern Avenue branch. I had being in the line for more than 30minutes with other customers waiting for my turn. A gentleman came in the store, greetes everyone and stand away from the line for less than 3 minutes. The gentleman then greetes her for acknowledgment. Other customers told the gentleman there is a line, in which he didn't respond. Shortly after Ms. Clark called the gentleman and send his money. When I told Ms. Clarke he just came in the store and got through with joining the line. She esponded its for customer. I told her im a customer too and its unfair to be in the line wait and her friend came in without joining the line. She refused to served me for my commments. Other customers said to her its foolishness and she should served me. Ms. Clarke took my money and ID and told me to step a side While she served a next customer. My receipt was handle to me by a next customer to signed.
Ms. Clarke is a unprofessional individual with no sense of customer service. Someone in authority need to remained her of the first comes first served policy.
She also need a lesson in good customer service. I am unhappy with the way she spoke to me as a customer when i voice my commments on unfairness.
The was on Old lady was in the store sitting and waiting on her turn but Ms. Clarke friend got served before the senior citizen.
