DEDICATION
What I like about my February 15th, 2025, experience with JN Money Transfer, speaking with Princess was:
I needed to send money to Jamaica on said day, which was a bad snow day. Well, I did not have to leave my comfortable bed and warm home to so.
I was on the phone with a Rep in the Brampton location, when she suggested JN E-TRANSFER, and that's when the light came on in my memory bank; a while back when Princess introduced me to JN new services, E-TRANSFER.
She had Princess called me, and with that one phone call, I E-TRANSFERRED the funds to JA, and the person was able to collect and tests were done at the Hospital on Monday morning as scheduled.
Was that GREAT, or was that GREAT? YES, YES, YES!!!
Princess, you are what I call a "TRUE" Customer Services Representative, and one who is dedicated to her customers and I will say like her job.
Thank you again for your continued support....Keep up the EXCELLENT work and spread that smile, laugh and pleasantness.

I recently had the pleasure of meeting with Tammie-Kaye Gregory from Jamaica National (Eglinton branch) and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Tammie-Kaye was highly knowledgeable, professional, and patient as she navigated the renewal of my document process. She took the time to understand my needs and preferences. She found the perfect solution for me not being able to sign the document as it appears on the presented identification. I highly recommend Tammie-Kaye for her impeccable service skills.

I went into the branch at Eglinton to update my ID, took time off work. They did absolutely nothing with the documents. This level of service is certainly deplorable.
