Using JN money was a bit tedious to start however once everything was set up I have been transferring money regularly with no issues. Their customer service have so far been excellent. Email responses are quick. I can't say the same for JN bank customer service but JN money is A+

I've been coming to JN Money for many months and they have always been professional and helpful. Nadine has amazing customer service and is very patient with the clients. I've seen her deal with elderly and young adults. I will continue to come here for all my transactions .it's great to do a one stop shop. Pay bills and send money.
