JobAdder is great, it's support is even greater.

We don't use the software to its full potential as we have a couple others that we also use in the business that cover other parts on the process, but it truly has such a wide range of capabilities.

JobAdder is extremely simple and any issues that pop up are swiftly fixed, or at least explained to you exactly why they're happening.

I didn't give the full 5 stars, I've rounded down from 4.5 since a few things could be made a bit smoother such as merging applicant accounts and keeping all input info.

Jobadder is very simple and easy to use. Any queries and customer service come back to you straight away.

JobAdder is extremely helpful for our company. We use it daily, and it keeps everything clearly organised, making our recruitment process efficient and easy to manage. JobAdder’s support team are always on hand to assist with any issues and respond quickly.

The chat bot referred me to an article that told me exactly how to request the additional column I wanted on our candidate chart and what information I should submit with my request. My request was handled within an hour and I got exactly what I wanted. I was very impressed with the speed of service, and my boss was pleased with the quick results.

Disruptions can quickly impact productivity, so responsive support matters. JobAdder handled our support ticket with both speed and accuracy. The information provided was detailed, clear and easy to follow. Complex technical concepts were explained in a practical, human way with real human input, not just a chat bot. A genuinely impressive standard of customer care that minimised our down time and kept us moving in the right direction.

I recently raised a query regarding why candidates placed as permanent were appearing under Temp Express (within the Working Tab), and requested that all permanent candidates be moved out of that section.

Avoid JobAdder like the plague. Service is non existent and rude.

Huong helped me create a custom field, they made this process efficient and streamline to get my portal up and running the way i need it to.

Sales process was incredibly good, thorough but not hardcore sales. The set up was simple, and support has been very responsive. I am still working my way around the configuration and using all of the features, but it is intuitive and easy. Highly recommended.

Tayla was helpful and examined all possible ways to solve my issue. She called me back as promised and sent me follow up emails.
