After approximately 6 weeks of having my visa application returned with requests for further information I contacted Joey Visa for assistance. Within 2 days of the Immigration Office reopening following the recent Reunification public holiday, I had my tourist visa approved and in my hands. Thank you Joey Visa, an amazing service. PSA for those traveling to Vietnam, use an eVisa service! Their Immigration Dept makes so many mistakes and they don't respond to their emails. I found this out the hard way when they messed up the dates on my visa during my first attempt flying to Vietnam. It was a $500 mistake. I did my research afterwards and found many other travelers who had the same experience as me. Other travelers also recommended that I use an eVisa service.

Everyone was so helpful and sent many recommendations. One of the referrals is Joey Visa. I contacted every single recommendation given to me a I decided on Joey. I decided on Joey because he was the quickest to respond and the most responsive one out of all of them. And he had the best pricing available. Top notch service! He provided a timeline for me, specific instructions and everything was on point!

I also opted for his "skip the line" express service, which was money well spent! For a minimal amount, an agent met me right off the plane and walked me over to Immigration line and the whole process took 5 minutes!
