JS have been looking after the letting Flat 2
JS have been looking after the letting of our flat for the last 4-5 years and it has been very successful in the way everything is managed. They take all the pressure off the owners and carry out all checks and certificates required when instructed. Sue Birch has been very professional and efficient.

Here will be the fastest way to contact with agency, since they are ignoring my phone calls and emails. Please, can someone from agency John Shepherd could write me an email, why they are ignoring me? And why i got messege about inspection and noone showed up? And if i would have another inspection in the future?
The problem is I do not know how to conrtact with you! Pohne calls not pick up or we will call you back and nothing, and emails are ignored as well! So whtas the other way to contact with John Shepherd agency?

Tracy Savidge a fantastic property manager
I need to name Tracy Savidge as she has been my property manager for many years now. She is very proactive in looking after my properties and we have a fantastic working relationship. Highly recommend working with her to Landlords.
She is on top of the paperwork and compliance side too

I would like to thank Joshua D for his outstanding help and support in resolving an issue with my bathroom.
From the beginning, Joshua was professional, responsive, and genuinely supportive. He kept me updated throughout the process, followed up with the contractor on my behalf, and always took the time to address my concerns. His communication was excellent, and he worked hard to ensure that the issue was dealt with as quickly as possible.
What could have been a very stressful situation was made much easier thanks to Joshua's efficiency, dedication, and commitment.
