Such an awesome service that made me feel I was their only client. Dee was utterly gorgeous thank you so much.

My husband and I have used JWD Solicitors twice when buying properties. The second of which was not straight forward with probate and a few other issues, however each process was dealt with efficiently and communicated effectively. We could ring at any time for updates, or simply when we didn’t understand the complicated jargon! And they were always happy to explain and put our minds at ease. They have been recommended to the rest of our family who now, have also used their services for various reasons.

I used JWD when I bought my new house and I can highly recommend them! They kept in constant touch with me letting me know every detail of what was happening which is rare for a solicitors!!! If I had any questions they were happy to email or ring me straight away. They made what could be a very stressful experience 100% not stressful!!

Used John W Davies for some conveyancing recently. As first time buyers the whole process can seem a bit daunting but all the staff, particularly Theresa our conveyancer, made us feel at ease. They were extremely helpful and friendly, with great communication. We had most of our contact by email which meant it was particularly easy to have clear lines of communication without being time consuming or obtrusive into my normal working day

We used JWD to sell our house and buy a family home at the same time. The staff were very attentive and took the hassle out of the buying process. Will be using again and would recommend.

Zero communication, incompetance personified..
Wasted 7 years of my life suckering me in with don't worry about the fees until its done.
Then reneged on that. Untrustworthy
And now withholding my file on a 'lien' so I cant have all the information to go to a competent solicitors.
Absolute joke.

What a wonderful company to deal with. We used John W Davies as was buying our first home. Great communication, and everything dealt with so quickly. Would definitely use these again.

If you are thinking of using this firm for moving property, please think again or it could cost you more!! They may be one of the cheaper options but there is clearly a reason for it, they are terrible!

The communication was non-existant, they may as well have turn off their email and phone system as it is not used. Multiple emails ignored for weeks, when I called them on the phone the file was always incomplete and I would get an update later.....radio silence!

The process dragged on and on and on. The woman working on our case clearly didn't have one pro-active bone in her body. I have offered to contact all parties to help only to find out that she was not responding to their paperwork or calls. Progress was soooo slow I was worried our seller would drop out, using these guys could lose you your sale or purchase IMO.

I can't stress enough how inadequate this company is. I have moved over 15x times, these are the worst EVER!, Stay clear!
