I’m on week 6 of my second round of 12 week shots! I’m happy to say that I’ve lost 57 lbs so far! Jacob has helped me whenever I needed it and it was a smooth process getting each prescription. The payment plans make it a lot easier for me to pay it as well, being a working single mom I don’t have a lot of free time or money to workout or make 2 different meals especially with grocery prices going up. I’m so happy I found elevate health!

Awesome experience! I didnt have to wait days for answers to my questions. I was jn contact either the same person throughout the process. Meds came exactly as they said… I am cery happy!

The whole process from start to finish is top notch! I got my injection meds with everything I needed within a week. I love this company offers the 12 week subscription at some an amazing price. I was paying almost $500 a month at a med spa and now I’m well under $300 with the subscription price! Genius!

This site is very informational and it was extremely easy to get started. They followed up with me often and the shipment was fast! I've lost 11lbs already and I still have 5 weeks left! The payment plan is very affordable as well, which is what initially pulled me to Elevate!

Just got off a call with Tyler today to refill my medication and he was so helpful and congratulated me on losing 40lbs so far! Sometimes I forget what a feat it is to lose this much weight, so it was really nice to hear that from someone else. Elevate has given me so much hope that I can reach my goals, I would recommend this program to anyone that struggles with losing weight.

Tyler was SO nice and easy to talk to! I have lost over 30 pounds in 12 weeks with only a little acid reflux when I first started the injections. I don’t feel I am missing out on meals or food choices. I feel great and it is amazing to see 3-5 pounds off the scale every week!
