Helpful customer service department.

It was easy and professional. I felt confident that bloodwork was necessary. The medication has helped curb my appetite.

I’m writing this review specifically for Tyler who was absolutely wonderful in answering all of my questions. Because of him, I just placed another 12 week order! Elevate has been wonderful and their customer service (specifically Tyler) has been awesome to work with and are always there for you!

Very easy company to work with, the doctors and customer service members are always so kind and helpful, they reply back very fast if I ever have questions or need refills on my medications.

His positivity radiates through the phone and his upbeat tone can definitely be mistaken for like an AI bot but it’s because that amount of positivity and great customer service is rare. In the unlikely event that you have questions even after the calls, texts and detailed instructions, they are always available.
