Rooster offered me with the cheapest policy when I needed to obtain a new insurance policy, around 25% cheaper than other insurers on comparison sites with equal cover, baring in mind I was 21 at time of obtaining cover with 2 previous claims.

I did not need to claim through the policy, so I cannot comment on the claims process, although I am sure that if it is as great as the customer service, you wouldn’t have an issue.

They unfortunately could not offer me a competitive renewal quote this time round, so I have changed insurer, but I will always check them out for future policies as they have always offered reasonable prices for other cars.

Although all customer assistance agents were great when I needed them, Jack stood out the most, he helped me with obtaining my proof of NCD for my new insurer. Exceptionally friendly, helpful and appears overall great at his job.

Colleague was very knowledgeable, and when I needed to change insurers she understood the issue and the additional cover that I required. Even though the result was that I needed to terminate with Rooster, and the colleague went out of her way to try and line up a different insurer, there was no forced pressure in staying with the company.

Very easy to set up my policy online, payments was very simple. Contacted online help for a mistake I made and it was sorted within a few minutes. I will use this company again and highly recommended. Would of got 5 stars except I never received an email with documents so only give 4 stars

Making a payment online by credit card was exceedingly difficult. It resulted in my Lloyds card being blocked and now I’m without this card for a week till they send me a new one.
Payment using my M&S card worked but the messages were exceedingly clunky.
There is no phone contact and messages via chat are exceptionally useless. I hope I never have to make a claim.policies seem to be underwritten by Aviva so at least there’s a decent company at the end of the chain.

I wasn’t making a general enquiry, it was for uptake of a policy, which was difficult to process online. Is there no phone number for your sales department?

Lots of ways to see the price difference - excess - etc. loved it.
