Great customer service, prompt response and good advice offered

Prompt e-mail communication to schedule appointment, and notification text messages ahead of arrival. Service Engineer was prompt, courteous and completed the job quickly. Thanks very much!

Great service from the team. First class communication and Josh the engineer was great, took his time to test and check everything was working fine.

J.E.S. Were amazing with the service they provided us when our Bora induction hobs extractor fan started showing an error message. I emailed them about the problem and they came back quickly with a proposed day to come and fix it. They were moved the time to accommodate me which meant thier Engineer Joshua arrived as early as 7am. He was pleasant, professional, efficient and tidy. He answered all my questions and fixed the problem. Thank you J.E.S and Joshua.

Excellent service. Would highly recommend. This company has been called by Bora to my house a few times now for issues and I can confidently say that the issues have been resolved in a timely manner.

The technician from JES came all the way down from the midlands to fix our Bora Pure job under warranty. Overall we received an excellent service from initial booking and arrival notifications to the actual repair and handling of our kitchen. 6 stars.

Struggled to get Bora Germany to sort at first but when they agreed to a repair Joint ES were straight on to the case and contacted me immediately.

I was visited by Damien who came to fix our Bora cooker and he was marvellous. Sorted out the problem immediately and now running smoothly.

5 stars to the UK team and not quite as many to Bora Head Office.

An absolute first class service from Joint Electrical Services Ltd. We had a problem with our Bora hob and within less than 24 hours from logging the issue with Bora customer service an engineer had visited and fixed the problem. We were kept up to date by email and text and Josh, the engineer, was both friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend JES Ltd

Following e-mail conversations with Bora in Germany they provided a repair code and appointed Joint Electrical to carry out the work. Returning in the afternoon noticed their van outside my neighbours carrying out a similar repair. On speaking to the mechanic (David) he contacted his office and was able complete my repair that afternoon saved another journey from Derbyshire. Excellent service and clarification of the finger controls was useful.

Our engineer Damien was polite, knowledgeable and worked carefully. The process of works were explained thoroughly & timings were well communicated. Great service!

I liaised with a guy called Simon who was beyond helpful and understanding. He sent out a guy named Damien who was highly professional and knew exactly what he was doing. Overall Simon and Damien were exceptional throughout. Highly recommend!!! Both Simon and Damien were a pleasure to work with.

It was an absolute pleasure to meet Josh today. He was incredibly polite, friendly and exceptionally tidy. He placed a mat on the floor and a clean blanket on my worktop to avoid making a mess. My Bora hob was repaired without a fuss. He also offered advice on filters and products I could use to prevent scratching. Thank you!
