I recently had reason to contact Reactive / Zest Appliance Care Services, who are now the same company, and with whom I have several plans covering appliances in my home. After only a very short wait on hold, Lewis answered the phone and was extremely professional in the way he handled my call.
He took the time to fully understand the problem, explain what was needed to put things right, and made me feel that my concerns were genuinely being listened to. We even had a brief conversation beyond the repair itself, and itâs amazing how much even a short exchange can brighten someoneâs day.
