I recently had reason to contact Reactive / Zest Appliance Care Services, who are now the same company, and with whom I have several plans covering appliances in my home. After only a very short wait on hold, Lewis answered the phone and was extremely professional in the way he handled my call.
He took the time to fully understand the problem, explain what was needed to put things right, and made me feel that my concerns were genuinely being listened to. We even had a brief conversation beyond the repair itself, and it’s amazing how much even a short exchange can brighten someone’s day.
Lewis is a real credit to your company. He clearly understands customers’ needs, communicates well, and gives confidence that he will do exactly what he says he will do.

Callout to the problem was quick, once the problem was found to be beyond economic repair an alternative was offered. On a ccepting the offer I was contacted by Bee who arranged the replacement promptly.

Easy to rearrange date of engineers visit.
Engineer arrived within timeframe.
Immediately diagnosed fault and fixed it straight away.
A pleasant and helpful guy.

Chi chi was very helpful and friendly

Very good came early so all fixed now the spare parts for dishwasher is coming through the post so all good 👍 even recommend dishwasher & washing machine tablets which I brought easie as on the back of the pack there are calendars months which i can tick off every month so have 12 months of each happy customer 😀

The rodents are still in my attic and the bate is still there so not happy that he said he would come out again and he has not

The time waiting for a follow up appt was a little disappointing.

Good customer service. Very understand on what she was telling me and called me back very quickly with other updates on my request

The customer service lady i spoke to, Bee, was very helpful. She went through some fault finding points which could have been useful and then, explained step by step what the process was. Finally she closed by telling me she was going to pass my enquiry to the operations team and they will be in touch tomorrow

Sylvia was very pleasant and helpful and she dealt with my query

Alex was brilliant and dealt with my query efficiently and professionally. Explained everything with the process of my replacement freezer. Been with Reactive Services for many years and would highly recommend.

Very good customer experience reporting the problem.
Excellent repair man who attended a few days later and completed the job in about 15 minutes and was courteous, knowledgeable and good humoured. Nothing negative to report.
