Joint Electrical Services arranged for the replacement of glass on a hob for us and the work was completed efficiently by the engineer and at short notice to fit in with our schedule. We are very satisfied.

JES were arranged by Bora to fix my hob under warranty. JES were excellent, very professional, friendly and incredibly careful to protect surfaces which I really appreciated. I wish all contractors were like this.

Great efficient service, replaced the item and all is back to working order.

I recently broke a bora hob, phoned jes on the Monday, I’m in London, they are in Leicester, advised it was extremely urgent as my clients were moving in and having a dinner party on the Wednesday. Tuesday night they had sent one of their operatives, replaced the glass, carried out all the required tests leaving the hob looking brand new again. From start to finish every person I dealt with was outstanding in their manner, service and professionalism, I cannot recommend the company highly enough.

The Reception Team (Anne) and both the engineers who visited were exceptional. The work took much longer than anticipated but both of them patiently managed to replace the faulty part successfully.

Great service and nice people business wide. The Bora system is tricky to access but the engineer worked amazingly well in a tight space to fix the issue without having to remove it from the concrete top. Highly recommended .

Really good service repairing my Bora kitchen hob. They were extremely knowledgeable and did a thorough job, testing everything was working correctly after. The guys were polite and professional, and Anne who works in the office was also helpful and ensured everything ran smoothly. I would highly recommend.

We’re so quick at responding to our issues and had the tools and correct parts to fix the problem at the house.

The engineers arrived at the time we were given and inspired confidence throughout. They were extremely tidy whilst working and were able to quickly fix the error codes on my Bora hob. When that was complete they tidied up properly and gave the hob top a clean so we couldn’t even tell they had been, apart from the fact the hob is now working as it should. Pleasant, professional engineers and excellent communication with head office.
