My experience with ThriveHive was truly exactly what I needed to get everything in order for my business to get off the ground. In hindsight, if I tried to do this on my own, I wouldn't have been near as "complete" with all aspects of starting my business. Not only do they have the template of how to get moving, but the coaching that goes with it. The value I received was worth the investment. As I continue to get moving, I will update my experience along the way. The community that Tricia has built is one that has been so needed and is an inspiration to all women owners. I'm so grateful for ThriveHive.

ThriveHive is a great program to stand up your consulting business. Passport is a very clear and organized process. I definitely wouldn’t have gotten my business defined and off the ground working independently. The weekly coaching is very helpful, but I wish the program included at least 1 personal consult with a coach. It would have been a better experience to chat with the coach 1-on-1 for the completed workbook feedback. However, the written feedback is very thorough and you can bring follow up questions to the coaching call.

My experience with the ThriveHive Passport Program has been extremely positive and rewarding. What made it especially valuable was how clearly the program broke the business-building process into practical, digestible steps. As someone who had an existing consulting business, I didn't know how many steps and components I was missing. I appreciated that the framework helped me organize my ideas, strengthen my business plan and messaging, and think more strategically about my next steps.

The ThriveHive Passport program was precisely what I needed to start my consulting business. From identifying my target clients and offer to branding and sales, it was incredibly thorough. This program has been a game changer for me. I've always wanted to start my own consulting company, but never knew where to start and didn't know how to get clients. This program does an excellent job of having you break down and put into words what you do and why you do it. They walk you through the entire process and give you the tools to identify why you do what you do, who your ideal client is, what you're offering, and how to communicate it and sell it. The coaching calls can get full, so join early and raise your hand. When you have their attention, they give you their full attention. What I really like about this program is how she gives you the words to explain what you do, to open a sales email, to have a triage interview... everything! After the first 8 weeks, I now have the confidence to know that I can make this work and after the final 12 weeks, I have two potential clients. I think I could have moved even quicker, if I wasn't working full time as well. All in all, I think this is a great program to take you from "I want to be a consultant" to a fleshed out offer, marketing materials, and a playbook for making that happen.

I have been thinking running my own consulting firm for a long time, but it was easy to just apply for another role. This coaching experience helped me specify my offering and hone my messaging. It was a lot of mental work, and that work is necessary for a successful offering. I would not have done the work if not for this coaching. I feel totally prepared with my niche offering, which keeps my messaging tight when talking with prospective clients.

They over deliver at every step, providing guidance on your business plan, marketing, sales, tech setup and contracts. If i didn’t feel so supported, i likely wouldn’t have had the courage to take the leap. I’m so grateful for them.
