Getting started is 100% online and takes three simple steps: take the quiz, review your personalized treatment plan with a licensed provider, and get your treatment delivered to your door. Patients complete a quick 3-minute health assessment, then an independent licensed provider reviews their goals and health history and decides whether treatment is right for them. All clinical and prescribing decisions are made solely by the provider. Zoya also offers access to anti-aging and wellness options, including NAD+ and glutathione, with more women's health options coming soon. Zoya Health is a newer telehealth service that offers an excellent array of treatments, plenty of compounding pharmacies to choose from for GLP-1 medications. They are continuously improving upon their offerings with each day.
Even better; the deals! Prices are pretty competitive, providing a great bang for your buck!

I had a concern about an order that arrived warm, and Zain from Zoya support was kind and responsive throughout the conversation. It took a few messages to get clarity about the original order, but he followed up with the pharmacy, helped arrange a replacement, and added a $20 account credit for the trouble. I appreciated that my safety concerns were taken seriously and that the team made an effort to make things right.
Zoya has been so helpful with their entire process and with any questions that come up. Everything seems to be coordinated so well from start to finish. Orders are shipped fast. Providers respond when needed. Support seems to always be available and have solutions ready for any issues. Their product selection and pricing is phenomenal. I have been impressed since day 1.
Zoya offered a wonderful transparent sign up experience, it was easy, and was able to successfully navigate my way through the process. I experienced a rapid approval timeline. The pharmacy, supplies, shipment and delivery is highly rated; it was a 5-day from sign-up to delivery. Client portal is also great, having access to not only my information, tracking orders, PHI information access, also treatment information and renewals all in one place. I have become a loyal Zoya Telehealth patient.

I've been with Zoya Health a few months now after leaving another telehealth company whom I was with for over a year. I must say this is my best experience yet. I placed 2 orders so far and the were approved in minutes and sent to pharmacy. I received both orders in less than 5 days with overnight UPS shipping. I highly recommend Zoya Health. And the next best thing you can pay overtime with Klarna or Affirm. Zain is very active and answer all my questions fast.
They have excellent customer service and response times. I had a shipping and tracking issue (pharmacy not zoya) and Zain from Zoya was able to track down the package and offer quick solution to the problem.
Their prices are very competitive when compared to other telehealths. They are also one of the few who offer service to Puerto Rico.
