From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. I really wanted to give this a 5 star review but I can't on Friday I went to get myself a new little friend a dwarf hamster. I went with my friend to get it it with me the fella that sold me it I can't remember his name he was manly telling my friend what to do not me it was made very clear from the start it was for me not for my friend I felt very belittled I'm an adult not a child.

I spoke to one member of staff looking for clarification on products which they were very helpful about.
I spoke to a member of staff at check out about my purchases & they were also extremely helpful.
The staff I spoke to were polite, helpful, answered my questions & did it all with a smile & made me feel that I was very welcome in the store
