From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. A must go to.
It is always a great experience in Jollyes as we have a multitude of animals:- cats, dogs, chickens of all varieties amongst the rest of our clan. The staff are always welcoming and knowledgeable and we can get all we need from in store at reasonable prices. We are glad that there is a store close to us so we don’t have to travel miles to get everything from essentials to treats.

Shocking price increase
I've been a regular shopper at my local branch for a couple of years now...staff are lovely, plenty of choice and value for money........until today. The cost of the raw food I buy for my dog has increased from £1.07 per pack to £1.50 in just one week. Apparently the 10% discount for pet club members has been removed....yet the increase is almost 50%.
Won't be shopping here any more.

Had a very large choice of what i needed
Had a vety large choice of what I needed so many choices of brands. Able to walk around and look at my own leisure, staff very helpful when I couldn't find the item I was looking for but took me right to it. All staff very friendly and polite. Great prices and I joined the club for discount so thank you

Amazing Place
I just wanted to you to pass on my thanks to the manager of Jolly’s Great Bridge, and her brother for going above and beyond.
I received a knock on my door from the managers brother this morning to let me know that a delivery driver had just randomly dumped my delivery parcel, containing our family’s Christmas food from a butchers, at Jollyes, instead of delivering it to me at my address. I have no idea why this happened but Jollyes managed to spot the parcel and the manager’s brother happened to be in the store today and offered to bring it to me on his way home.
He explained what had happened and I am so very grateful to him, his sister and the store for responding in such a wonderful way. A truly magnificent example of the Christmas Spirit.

Varied experiences
Visit to the local Jollyes store is usually a good experience. The staff are pleasant although a little over zealous when trying to sell promotional products at the till. Sometimes the offers are not available in store, just an empty shelf etc, is this due to only a limited quantity of stock being on offer and once it’s sold then there is no more available?
However not impressed with the online service, items are available on the website and also in store but I have an email to say that you are unable to source the item I have ordered online?!
