From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. Excellent advice from your staff at the counter. I was looking for alternative food for my Dachshund to lose weight. They helped me a great deal. Staff very friendly and welcoming as soon as you enter the shop well done everyone 👍

Fantastic shop and extremely helpful shop assistants. We are getting rwo dogs and the lady was very helpful in giving advice re food. Highly recommended!

Great Service, Dog Food
The store is tidy and there was lots of selection for dog food. I spoke to Tilly and Madi on the till who were ever so helpful with recommending which dog food to get for my pup. They very extremely helpful and knowledgeable on your products.

Bad customer service
Bad customer service whilst at the till station. Member of staff was miserable, it was a painful interaction. The same was observed for the people who were served before me. Staff even walked away when she had finished serving me, I hadn't even began packing my bags.

First time visiting the store great wide range of all animal food and treats ,toys ,bedding everything you need from a pet store and at very competitive prices 😀 amazing store .staff were extremely helpful and engaging I will definitely be using this store from now on.
