From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. When my partner and I visited our local…
When my partner and I visited our local store, you had boxes of 150 fat balls outside with no price on them. I asked the assistant how much they were, and he replied that they were £7.99. We purchased a box and also bought several different dog food brands. When I received the till receipt by email, I found we had been charged £28 for the fat balls. As a result we have decided not to purchase from you again.

It was ok
It was ok , was a bit upset as when I booked was told paperwork could be written on day as it was litter didn't have names for them
So just gave them names to book apps. Couldn't find shih tzu on drop box so had to put something else.
My paperwork looks terrible for new owners ! But at least you have the vaccination i wanted for myitter
For that am very grateful.
Vet and helper were good. Just hate your online booking service, difficult and takes ages.
