From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. The overall experience was fine
The overall experience was fine. I am a mobility scooter user and, whilst I find access around the shop was good, the checkouts are a different matter. There were product bins at the counter making it impossible to get close enough to the cashiers and tills. The cashier was very friendly and offered to swipe my card for me but in this day and age I feel that even people with any lack of mobility should be able to complete their shopping themselves. Not bad service just bad planning!
