From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Just an easy process. Even easier without having to have a monthly discount card although I did notice that the discount has gone down from 15% to 10%.

Members of their company sre given monthly discount csrds thst can be used as often as liked during a particular m9nth month
Well stocked clean store and very animal friendly. Staff are courteous and helpful. The monthly discount card is very acceptable. Every so often regular customers are rewarded further cash discounts

Very informative about the changes being made to the pet club .
I would also like to say I use Jollies for all my pets needs, I have always found the staff there very helpful and always happy to help you out ( I’m disabled ) it’s not very often you get such helpful and nice friendly staff , I hope they are appreciated? Nothharbour Portsmouth.
