From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. We asked one of the employees for some assistance and advice when my daughter got a new puppy. The lady ( I didn’t get her name!) was extremely helpful and helped my daughter find everything she was looking for.

Staff in the Selby store are fantastic , always happy and friendly .
The store is clean .
A lovely lady gave advice and help trying winter coats on my dog , which is no easy feat as she is a wriggle monster and needs to say hello to everyone .
Regular go into the store , staff always helpful , give advice when asked .

Very helpful staff
Took my two pups for their injections. The staff were so lovely and really helpful. The vet himself was absolutely great. The only downfall was the website trying to book the appointment. Wasn’t very easy to follow and I had to keep going back over the same things. The staff on the phone to be were extremely patient and very helpful talking me through each step.

Nice quality products
I recently purchased a collar for our little dog. Unfortunately I had to change it for a smaller one. I couldn’t find the right size but staff were on hand & very helpful.
