Jonathan’s watches レビュー

Got good watch at good price, very good service and quick response from them , was amazing experience 😊😊thank you..

Bought two watches at discounted prices and got complimentary bracelets with both. Super fast delivery and easy to contact with queries, very prompt replies from friendly representatives. So pleased with my first order here, highly recommend if in doubt. Will shop here again for sure.

My first time ordering with jonathons watches and was as easy and straightforward as could be
Good prices and a free gift makes it a no brainier😀
I queried delivery and was answered promptly and informatively
Would highly recommend

I do not rate them at all. I purchased a watch as a Christmas present and the face of the watch just fell out onto my partners lap while eating dinner. I’ve paid £20 to return the watch on top of what I paid for it to get fixed, and have been advised they’ve received. It’s now been nearly 2 weeks since they received it and have been told it’s been fixed but I am still waiting for this to be returned! I was advised to pay Royal Mail to deliver the watch to them and I have no clue who should be sending this back!
Will never purchase from here again! Very disappointed. I would avoid.

They rip ur money off if u want to return an item ,first they ask you to pay for the return label then they take the money off from the original amount ..AVOID!!!!

I was really unsure of my order at first. But the quality was really great🥹Definitely purchasing more🤗

Great watch, great price and service was excellent

Amazing customer service and great products!

I ordered a watch from these and it was a fantastic experience. Came the next day, and exactly as described. Would highly recommend.

I ordered a Michael Kors watch from Jonathan and it was a smooth experience. I even reached out to them for tracking details as I wanted ti delivered quickly due to my travel plans and they were prompt and helpful.

Will definitely come back to buy again.

Very good company. And very beautiful watch I recieved. I am very happy. Due to some issues, I didn’t recieved my watch and when I reach the company, they helped me and they deliver my parcel next day and now I recieved my watch and I am very happy with the purchase and I am really gonna do more shopping with them in future. Highly recommend ***********

Great customer service fast delivery well packed and a nice complimentary bracelet would recommend

Keep it up .what you are doing

Great customer service fast delivery well packed and a nice complimentary bracelet would definitely recommend 👌

Perfect 👍 I just love it.

Great choice of watches. Excellent customer service, very helpful. Quick delivery.

My name Teresa not terry thank you

I received my order within 5 days. The watch wasn’t working as it may needed a new battery. To be honest it didn’t suit my wrist so I messaged them for a return. It was easy to return the item. I received my refund within 10 days.

Really poor. Bought as a Christmas present, watch arrived faulty, the clasp doesn’t work properly and has now stopped ticking. Told I need to pay £12 to send it back and they will ‘check it for free’ what?!?! Avoid.

Ordered a beautiful watch for a reasonable price . Was delivered within 2 days . Very happy

Scam … took money for a watch then said out of stock and refund to follow. Guess what ? No refund and blocked from accessing website and no phone answer … well dodgy ! Don’t order is my advice
