Hi, I have just had my full upper arch (smile in a day all on four implants) final bridge fitting. I cannot thank Alex and his team enough, from start to finish the quality of service and kind attention has been 'second to none' . The surgery and modern equipment gave me reassurance of the final outcome. I am highly delighted with the look and feel of my new teeth. I had four crowns 'front top' for 40 years that had begun to fail denting my confidence and ability to chew properly! I now have a brand new smile and feel great with no problems eating, I feel 100% better. At 62 to have this done has given me a new lease of life. Thank You😁

Good morning! It Monday 05/05/21 I had a appointment for a tooth extraction at 10am at the Jones dental office on 11007 Jones rd. @FM 1960 this day where I was promises that my exam went towards my tooth extraction where the price was $400.00 on top of this I am paying cash because I do not have dental insurance. So I had the common courtesy call on Saturday to follow to see if I was going to honor my appointment I said yes I will be there at 10. No other conversation about any other fees. I make it to my appointment early at 9am no one there until 9:13 or so I came from the mission bend area of southwest Houston I didn't want to be late. Also the visit before they had to reschedule me cause my blood pressure was elevated so they wanted me to get it down before they do the extraction. Not to mention this was my third trip and my blood pressure was on point. Dr. Phi Le to be late on the second visit by a hour prior to today's visit. When he decided to do my extraction today he tells me that he would not honor the agreement for my extraction price the Jone office gave me period! Meaning I have with me at the point of visit $350.00 cash + the 50 exam fee already charged to me! But would not do the service unless I had $400.00 dollars and that he do not set the price this is not his office and to take it up with Jones dental! I would have even used my card had he given me a customer cares about the well being of the patient type of feel or, vibe but he remained extremely cold and antisocial with me. And this is the second time engaging with Dr. Phi Le. I am really offend and very disappointed today being my only off day. So I left.

The standard of care from both doctors and staff, is nothing short of world class and I have been a patient at the practice for over 50 years. I have visited other local practices with friends, but I guarantee that none of these were in the same league as P.R Jones

P.R Jones has remained open throughout the Covid-19 crisis and a round of applause must be given to every single member of staff.

The specialist doled out was very politeness, affable and was prepared to disclose subtleties for me to experience all the 4 root channels in addition to topping and a troublesome extraction. I had genuine choking issues which she dealt with incredible persistence. Much obliged to you doc.

All the staff individuals for example helps and the gathering staff were quick in sorting out the calendars. Thanks

Begun the supports treatment around 2 year back and it's practically over at this point. There was no torment during treatment. Dr dealt with the whole procedure smoothly.After all I should state anybody can begin supports treatment whenever, age doesn't make a difference for that.

Whole staff is extremely useful and profoundly proficient.

The doctor assigned was very courtesy, polite & was ready to explain details for me to go through all the 4 root canals plus capping and an difficult extraction. I had serious gagging issues which she handled with great patience. Thank you doc.

I had started the braces treatment around 1.5 year back and it's almost over now. There was no pain during treatment. Dr handled the entire process smoothly.After all I must say anyone can start braces treatment at any time, age doesn't matter for that.
Entire staff is very helpful and highly professional.

Just perfect for any dental problem. They provide best services and are very professional. They have latest equipments. I had gone for cavity filling, fitting of cap and teeth cleaning and polishing. Perfectly managed by the team all the appointments and they start on time and also very accommodating in case of adjusting with time.

The staff is polite and accommodating. The doctors are proffessional and explain the procedure in advance and the cost involved therein. The clinic is well equipped and updated with all the latest technology available in the field.
My experience was satisfying and I wish all the best to their team.

I had been suffering from bleeding through my gums as i couldnt maintain the area where a monster had erupted where it was not supposed to.. i had a tooth which was not in line with my other teeth.. i had been neglecting it since long in anticipation to go under the forceps.. but all these fears turned into shock and surprise when the Dr. told me its done.. the extraction was painless and friendly staff, clean surroundings , advanced and tech friendly clinic and to the point explained post treatment instructions add to your comfort. Highly recommend this place.

Polite staff, doctor would answer my queries nicely in detail. After removing the wisdom teeth, I got a call from the clinic next day, to check on how I was doing and reminders for care and prevention.

This is an amazing place for your dental needs. The doctors are very friendly and they do an excellent job. I would like to thank to the doctors for giving me an great smile. You guys rock!!!!. I would surely recommend this place to everyone. This place is highly professional very friendly and great value for money.

My search for a good dentist has probably ended here.
Dr. has given me detailed information of the condition of my teeth and how she would treat them. I am now more confident and fearless when she is treating me. In fact she explains every step and stops when ever I am not comfortable.

Very well managed clinic with the latest machines & experienced doctors! The doctors made sure I was comfortable at every stage of the treatment. The procedures were explained thoroughly along with reasons for the same. The one stop for Dental solutions!

For braces they have a promotion going on right now that is a must. I have been waiting to get braces for a while now the thing that held me back was the price. Finally low monthly payments for braces

Great experience here for my kids braces. Christian the manager explained the whole process very well and was very helpful in reaching out about the available schedule. Highly recommend
