Absolutely fabulous service driver really friendly, bus clean and the trip was brilliant

Love a Jones the bus trip. Always a quality experience. First class buses with comfort and a luxury feel. Love that meals are included, hotels used are always so clean and comfy. Bus drivers are all amazing.

Friendly, approachable driver (Luka Darko). I really enjoyed both days of the tour - Windsor yesterday, and Buckingham Palace/Windsor today. Lovely hotel (Holiday Inn Heathrow Airport) - quiet and comfortable. You’d never know we were at an airport inside the hotel! Breakfast start time was good (from 6.30am Sundays), giving us plenty of time to have food before the coach was due to depart at 9.15am. The hotel had stairs you could use too - perfect for someone like me who has a phobia of lifts! Some hotels only allow you to use the stairs if there’s a fire, so I was really pleased to be able to use stairs at the Holiday Inn! Booked my next trip on the way to Windsor yesterday. Looking forward already!

Just come back from a weekend in London to see Come Alive. Lee - our bus driver - was fantastic! Friendly, knowledgeable and very funny. Can’t fault anything about the weekend. Would definitely recommend Jones International 😀

Excellent trip to Paddington the musical, good organisation as always. Nice few hours I London before travelling back. Driven by Darko with his son Luka, good knowledge of London, learnt some interesting facts, calm, polite and helpful.

This is our fourth trip with Jones International ant we have two more already booked. All their vehicles are modern and kept clean. The drivers are safe and knowledgeable keeping you updated and informed about locations. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone,.

Yet again a great weekend to Kew Gardens and Windsor. Darko and Luka looked after us so well. Going by coach is so easy and comfortable. The hotel was fine, nice room and good food. Jones the Bus are our first choice in coach holidays and we will be travelling with them again.

Second time with Jones the bus and another great trip. Steve the driver was very friendly, professional and prompt with time. Would highly recommend 👌

Just got back from our families trip to Legoland. Our driver was Lee, it was his first ever trip on his own and he was absolutely amazing 🤩 Couldn't do enough for us and kept us all entertained.

As always a fantastic trip from Jones the Bus. The bus was immaculate and well presented. The hotel was beautiful, buffet dinner had a lovely choice of foods and breakfast amazing.

A extremely professional service from start to finish and you feel really taken care of. Will be booking again soon!

Spent ages just getting out of Wales,with endless pick up points,and had to go through it all again on return journey.

I've just completed 2 days of a charter trip in mid-Wales using Jones' coach hire. Driver Nigel was superb - a careful driver and a real gentleman. The coach was modern, very comfortable and smooth riding. Highly recommended.
Edit: 2 more days, same company, different driver. A near new vehicle, spotlessly turned out and very comfortable. Mark was an equally friendly and competent driver. Thank you to both.

Six friends have just returned from a two day theatre break with Jones The Bus in London. What a fantastic company. Mark our driver was very informative and funny and made our short break fabulous. The bus was very comfortable and the one night stay at the Holiday Inn in Heathrow was perfect. We had tickets for Kinky Boots (which the company organised) with Johannes Radebe in the lead role - wow what a show and we had amazing seats! Thank you Jones The Bus for a superb time we'll be back soon.

Just returned from a trip to Scarborough with Jones the Bus. A great trip with a great fun driver Matthew. I have traveled with this company quite a few times now and won’t consider anyone else. They take care of you so well and if there are any issues they take care of them straight away. I am a solo traveller and highly recommend them.

Just finished a trip to Scarborough, Whitby, Pickering and York.

Amazing trip, my friend and I really enjoyed it. Will be definitely booking again with Jones the Bus for sure.
