All our trips have been fabulous & we have enjoyed every one. All the drivers are amazing & go above & beyond to make sure all passengers are looked after & kept well informed throughout the journey. We will not travel with anyone else.

Just returned from the First World War battlefield tour it was amazing so many places visited and so emotional. Our driver James was brilliant so helpful and informative of tour. Always have a brilliant time with Jones the Bus

Very good value for money given theatre tickets were front stalls. Very organised and efficient.

We went to see Sister Act on a midweek trip.
The theatre seats were amazing - second row from the front, in the middle!
The Holiday Inn at Heathrow was clean, comfortable and the breakfast was great.
Windsor was beautiful and has plenty to do.
Our coach driver, Mark, was very informative throughout the trip.
We enjoyed ourselves so much, that at 2am, we booked to see Moulin Rouge in Jan 2025!
Would recommend to everyone.

From the time we got on the bus the driver was fab fab show and seats and hotel breakfast was amazing

My brother and I booked an overnight trip to Emerdale, he loves the show, so I knew it would make a perfect birthday gift.
The coach was punctual, clean and comfortable.
The hotel was clean and had excellent facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful. The evening meal and breakfast were delicious. Overall, our overnight experience was excellent.
The second day was planned perfectly and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Emmerdale.
The icing on the cake and the biggest asset was definitely the driver. Mark took good care of us and ensured we were all OK every leg of the journey. He was friendly, polite approachable helpful from the start of our journey to the time he dropped us off.
I would definitely recommend Jones the Bus and have already booked our next trip.

I think the prices and quality of what we got was excellent. We took a chance on a trip last year, we have been numerous times since. A local company that looks after local people. From the local pick up, the quality of the bus, the drivers and the ease of the trip its all a BIG FIVE STARS from us.We have booked the next one allready. The staff and drivers deserve this review - well done - you ALL. (Mark was our driver well done you in the lanes, amazzzing driving). You ALL should be proud of what you have achieved and the quality of what your giving.

Absolutely perfect overnight stay. Fabulous cheery driver. I’m in awe of how Mark negotiated the London traffic. Glad it wasn’t me! Seats for Mrs Doubtfire were excellent as was the hotel accommodation. Enjoyable day in Windsor meeting up with my family was a bonus! Your company is doing something right. Excellent package break. Will book again definitely and recommend to others.

Coach driver and assistant were excellent constantly providing updates on progress despite some difficulties with traffic and adjusting routes as needed. Nothing too much trouble.

From start to finish our trip to Flanders and the Western Front battlefield tour, was absolutely amazing, our driver James was both very informative and knowledgeable of this tour, nothing was to much trouble for James, a fabulous driver 😁

My wife and I and our two friends have just returned from a city break in London. It was a lovely trip. The coach was immaculate, the hotel was very nice and the driver, Callum, was exceptional with good communication skills and ample patience. We will certainly book again. I went to Legoland Windsor with Jones the bus in August 2022 I enjoyed the trip and I've booked for next year August 2023 because I enjoyed it and I enjoyed Legoland there's lot's to do for everyone and I enjoyed the hotel stay at Holiday Inn heathrow bath road. Shaun was the driver he was excellent and gave us expert advice about Legoland. With Jones the bus there's a great selection of Pick up points around Carmarthenshire and Wales. Jones the bus is best coach company in Wales.
