I now understand having to wait for my job. This outfit is old fashioned in its approach, bang up to date with latest technical input, gets on with it , very tidy, polite and requires very little feeding. I wish I knew them before I bought things that I should not have bought,

Nigel was very effective and efficient at carrying out the annual service on our gas boiler. He spotted the need to re-treat the heating circulation water and quickly carried out the process of adding the treatment fluid.
Worksite was clean and tidy on his departure.

I have used this company a number of times now. They are always very professional in what they do and they do it very well.
Kay is your first point of call who will book your appointment and explain what will happen on the day.
The engineers carry out some of the best work I have seen in a long time.
They are very clean and tidy. They will advise you if anything is needed or not quite right. Obviously there first priority is your safety which being fully qualified gas engineers to the highest standard is paramount.
The work I have had done by these guys is from boiler service to altering pipe work for gas hobs also fitting new radiators. They do it all.
I wouldn’t use anyone else now. Their pricing is really good especially for the work that they do for you.
I absolutely recommend them.

Replaced fan, serviced gas boiler, returned to replace boiler controls.
Looking to ask them to carry out more work in the Spring.
On my experience I cannot fault the staff we dealt with, Nigel, tall Dean and Kaye. From the initial contact, arranging a visit and then the actual work. Prompt, tidy and always explaining what they are doing or not doing and the consequential effects. As per the title above EXCELLENT.

Called up as boiler was tripping the electrics and they came the same day. Ordered the part and fitted it the next morning first thing. Very helpful engineer and did above what we expected! Will use again

My boiler has been cutting out occasionally and was also due for a service, Jones the Gas found the fault, fixed it and did the service quickly and efficiently, the service engineers were friendly and polite. Couldn't be happier.
