Very happy with the excellent service and professional approach from the very start. Did all they could to help from the first visit. Fantastic customer service with experience and knowledge. Traditional values that speak for themselves. Very happy with the work completed and will gladly be recommending their services to friends and family. Today we had Nigel visit to service and investigate a strange noise in our boiler. Unfortunately we needed a new fan which was sourced, delivered and installed the next day, very lucky considering our boiler is 20 years old.
I highly recommend this company and only consider them for our boiler needs.

A problem with the Flue was discovered and Dean’s clear and concise guidance has enabled me to, confidently, contact the original installer to ensure they return to rectify the issue promptly. After 5 weeks of my tenants having no heating or hot water because no plumber wanted to touch was a previous plumber had bodged, Dean was prompt, on time and fixed it within 2 days of seeing it. Absolute gem! Will be using him for everything in the future! Thank you
