Purchased item over a week ago and has still not been dispatched and no response to email.

Jon Richard products are sold through other established retailers - purchase from there!!

Ordered an item 10 days ago and have heard nothing since. Sent countless emails and am being ignored, now having to go through my bank to get my money back. Stay away from this scam company

DO NOT BOTHER ORDERING ANYTHING FROM THESE COWBOYS i ordered a simply silver set via very (just as useless as these fools) and i ordered it over 9 days ago to receive absolutely nothing complete joke of a company both of them is was a present for my daughters mum in ireland so i now have to go and buy something else to post over there

Entirely wrong cheaper items sent to me, one of which are earrings, which cannot be returned. Jewellery is a personal choice and surely cannot be substituted, especially when purchased as Christmas gifts. I hope this will be resolved quickly, I am not a happy customer,

I have placed an order on fast delivery over 7 days ago. Still not received my item and customer service ignore your emails.

Fantastic looking at very fair prices, my girlfriend is made up with earrings and bracelet and i've spent much less than what I was budgeting for something that nice!

I ordered 3 sets of necklaces and earrings for my bridesmaids and for myself for my wedding not so long back, the necklace sent my bridesmaids neck and my neck green!

I ordered four necklaces which are so beautiful but the first one I wore broke within a few hours of wearing it and was lost, so I contacted customer service and they got back to me within a day, was so helpful and is sending a replacement.

It was a long time expecting my order more than 14 days and after that,a customer service informed me that my order has been lost in transit, bad experience with this company I will never buy from them again.

I placed an order for some jewellery on Friday 22nd July. After I placed the order the earring where reduced by 20%. I had not yet received my order so asked for a refund for the price difference but they have refused. Many jewellery companies, such as H Samuel, Ernest Jones, Pandora etc. refund the difference if the price is reduced within the returns window. I would save your money and buy from a decent company, with proper customer services policies.

Really bad quality jewellery. I Brought the disco ball earrings and the backs didn’t fit the earring properly, therefore they kept falling out, luckily I was at home but after replacing the backs the pin pulled away from the earring

I ordered a pendant necklace with ear studs as a birthday present for my friend but unfortunately the size of the jewlery is extremely small; the quality of the material is very poor. Very disappointed.

Ordered a bracelet as a gift for a friend on 19th Jan received on the 25th. The bracelet looks far better than the photo on the website and an excellent price too. Thank goodness I stumbled across this gem of a company (no pun intended). Would highly recommend

Ordered some jewellery Tuesday, delivered on Thursday on normal delivery. The necklace and earrings I ordered where even better than the pictures of them online. Very good price. Would highly recommend

If your considering buying anything from Jon Richards I would totally recommend. Love the items I buy from here always literally never disappoints. Also it arrives quicker then expected everytime therefore it’s great for gifting.

Item did not show up on time even after paying for express delivery.

Customer service did not reply to me when I asked about the delivery.
