Incorrect item received at first
I recently purchased a bracelet for my mum from Jon Richard and when it arrived, it was not the bracelet I had chosen. I contacted customer service who allowed me to return the item and receive a refund. It turns out it was a mistake on their website and they no longer had the item in stock. One of their team contacted the buyer for me and sourced the bracelet which they then sent to me with their compliments - requiring no payment.
Their service was phenomenal and I will absolutely buy from them again. Thank you so much!

Returned, and NO refund
I’ve returned my item. It’s been way over two weeks, stilll not received my refund.
They don’t have a customer call service. They don’t respond to my emails.

Lovely jewellery and perfect customer service!
I received my item which had an error on the engraving, I contacted the company via email late at night and had a reply back first thing the next morning. A new item was sent to me at no cost, 1st class that day. It meant the item arrived in time for the birthday it had been ordered for and removed all stress from the situation.
Highly recommend!

Beautiful jewellery, perfectly priced & great service!
I have several pieces of jewellery from Jon Richard. They have such a lovely selection and everything is perfect for gifts for family and friends and at totally affordable prices. Yesterday afternoon I ordered some earrings, a necklace and bracelet for presents and they arrived this morning. That's what I call excellent service!

Lightning fast delivery!
Love Jon Richard items and have bought them from other stores for years. Noticed products on own website for a great price and free delivery if over a certain amount, so decided to give it a go. Glad I did, saved a fortune and delivery was lightning fast! Items are beautiful as usual.
