Highly recommend dealing with Ryan Edwards
I have recently signed new energy contracts via Jonstar Energy Brokers. I delt directly with Ryan Edwards. He was extremely professional and easy to deal with. He wasn’t pushy as other brokers from other companies have been but instead, he listened to how business operates, my concerns and then advised accordingly. Will definitely be a returning customer

Superb service from Ryan Edwards at Jonstar
I have been dealing with Ryan Edwards for my change in gas supplier for my business and Ryan has been great throughout - replies to emails quickly and addresses questions straight away and reacts promptly. Ryan even replied to me at 6:50am this morning - superb service, thank you.

The service I received from Bhavesh was 1st class. He helped me not only with my energy contract but also the meter install. He kept me updated throughout the process and no question went unanswered. Patient and honest.
Definitely use again for my renewal and anything energy related.

Great service
I had many bad experiences dealing directly with British Gas Lite. However Bhavesh took all the stress away and dealt with my request quickly and efficiently.

Jonstar are very responsive and helpful when resolving issues with our energy suppliers. We benefit from their experience and knowledge of the energy industry. Paul from Jonstar has been helpful at every turn, open and transparent and follows up on all queries quickly. Often found energy brokers to be very pushy, but Paul has been great all the way through.
