Excellent engineering on all of the products. I am pleasantly pleased with the products and highly recommend. My wife had one stipulation to camping full time and that was the bathroom amenities and Joolca has provided. Thank you

Joolca customer service is unmatched. Their responses are always thorough, kind and helpful. They also often follow up and make sure they’ve closed the loop on everything. I buy my products with confidence through Joolca, not only certain of the quality of products but also certain that they are on my side and want me to be satisfied for a long time to come.

Have been using my GottoGo for about 4 days now and I’m really not that happy with it. The level indicators are not working and I must be doing something wrong. I’ve tried sitting forward, leaning back, sitting deep into it but #1’s still find their way into the #2 area. Very frustrating!

I recently got the Joolca GottaGo toilet, and I’m loving it! I was on the hunt for a flexible toilet solution, and this one fits the bill perfectly. It has both eco and chemical toilet containers, which is super convenient. But the real star here is their customer support. I had a few issues with parts (totally my fault), and their team was quick to respond and incredibly helpful. Overall, it’s a fantastic product backed by top-notch support. Highly recommend!

I purchased an en-suite for my son as a Christmas gift, so I cannot review the item as it has not been used yet! (Hope he doesn’t see this!) However, I can rate the customer service A+! Shortly after receiving the ensuite, I saw Joolca was offering a free $75 awning with purchase of the en-suite. I sent them an email, thinking that I would never hear from them. I quickly received an email back saying that since my purchase was recent, they would send me the awning. They did not have to do that! I received the free awning within a week! Top notch customer service!!

I purchased the JOOLCA Nomad kit late summer of 2024 in anticipation of an annual tent camping trip in October 2024 and while one of my pricier off-grid investments, I could not be happier.
First, let’s address:
Setup-Following the included instructions makes setup a breeze.
Water Temp: Everything you would want in a shower at home. I camp in the winter and have suffered through many cold showers. Never again!
Packability: The Nomad kit is well thought out so that it all packs within the sink. Takes up no more space than a typical plastic storage box from a home improvement store.
Additional JOOLCA products:
I purchased the GOTTGO toilet, the raised shower floor base and a single ensuite and rainfly.
The single ensuite is large enough to position the GOTTAGO somewhat in the corner and still have sufficient room to shower. Of course, the toilet could be left outside and easily moved inside when you GOTTAGO! In hindsight, I wish I had purchased the larger, double ensuite.
The raised bamboo wood floor ensures you’re not standing in water and adds to the luxury of the entire setup.
I am also VERY impressed with the amazing level of customer service from the JOOLCA Team. They are lightning fast in responding to questions and detailed and clear in those responses.
JOOLCA is clearly at the forefront of off grid camping needs and continues to develop new products with folks like me in mind.

The GottaGo is well designed and constructed. Liquid separator is the key and Joolca knows it. I appreciate the options to choose sawdust or chemical, too. The R&D team seem to have their finger firmly on the waterless pulse.
What really sets Joolca apart is the über-responsive customer service team. I’ve never been so impressed. I contacted them with various questions and concerns and they not only were they lightning fast with their replies, but followed up as well.
I can only imagine the product will stand the test of time or they’ll stand behind it.

Their product is great and their customer service is even better. I bought the HOTTAP Nomad and ENSUITE double and had it for two years. I had a slow leak from both of the shower head handles. The leak began to progress to a point it was more than a trickle. I contacted customer service via text message and had a reply within 10 mins. Even though I was coming up to or just past my warranty, they replaced both handles and I had the replacements within a few days. Joolca is a top notch company with a great product and their customer service is even better. Keep up the fantastic work! You have gained a loyal customer!!! Wow, Joolca's customer service is amazing. It was effortless and quick. Everyone I spoke to was a gem, just so nice and sooo helpful. Service was super quick. Reached out to customer service after having a minor technical difficulty. They got back to me immediately, and fixed the problem, giving me hands on instruction. We will continue to use Joolca products because of the quality, warranty, and fantastic customer service!

From the very beginning of product review/research I was apprehensive of spending that amount online. Making contact with Joolca reps they reassured me all was good. The price in my opinion was very competitive and reasonable. We work with young boys from kindergarten to high school graduates. Mentoring boys to young men through a biblical foundation. Much like Boy Scouts but we're called Royal Rangers. We teach many out door skills for the outdoorsman as well as life skills. Many camping and hiking events through out the year which is were Joolca has been the perfect fit for us. Instant hot water for showers and cleaning has made the out doors much more tolerable and the mothers appreciate a non- stinking son when the return. Joolca has been the best investment by far so far. Customer service has been off the chart with no hassles and understanding! Thanks Joolca, you rock !!!

After reading about Joolca products online and discovering the ensuite and hot tap shower system,I decided to give it a try,everything was so easy to set up and get started and it helped ease my wifes transition into the outdoors,as she reminded me"im not going aywhere I cant have a hot shower".....well now she is hooked and weve been outside in camp sites once a month ever since....thanks Joolca!!

I would give it zero stars if I could Joolca still has not sent the power cord for my pump
But they sure as hell can keep selling them and not delivering

Wanted to pass along a little thank you.

We set up my camping trailer as a hot shower for volunteers in western North Carolina following the tragic storm that did unthinkable damage. The area didnt have any public showers set up at the time, and the majority of the city did not have power or water. My friend and I combined our hoses and shower heads and we were able to set up a dual shower off of one heater. My Joolca water heater successfully heated over 800 gallons of water in the couple of weeks that it was needed. It provided a hot shower to volunteers, nurses, search and rescue, and many more in the area. Having that little luxury in the middle of all the chaos and the 16-20 hour days has made a big difference. We have had a nurse come up to us that had worked 8 days straight and this was her first shower. The woman in charge of the local volunteers said that most of the volunteers had been willing to stay longer because they had access to a hot shower. And so many other stories of how important this has been. So I wanted to say thank you to you and your team for making a product that works, and being so amazing with prompt customer support. If you are debating on wether or not to purchase this water heater, just know it’s tried and true and really puts in work.

Joolca is a great company to buy outdoor gear from! I have a Skoolie and have been loving the new ideas joolca has came out with to improve my adventures. Great customer service as well!

I’ve been a Joolca customer for about 9 months now and I must say their products are well designed, well engineered and well built. I’ve dealt with customer service two times and both times I’ve received fantastic service. I highly recommend Joolca products, they’ve absolutely improved our camping experiences.
