The product is nice, but the delivery is terrible

I ordered a sleeping bunny for my niece and received it today. The product came as I expected, but I'm not satisfied with the delivery, because it came in a regular bag and I had to pay extra for delivery even though I paid for shipping to Poland (That is, the shipping fee charged twice) Besides, I waited for my order for a very long time, over a month, and I really didn't like your attitude towards the customer when I wrote that a month had passed and I hadn't received my package and I ask for a refund if I don't get it. No one replied to my message.

Thank you for your review. We are happy to hear that you liked the product, but we are sorry to learn about your experience with the delivery.

Your parcel was shipped from London to Poland within 3 days from your order. The long waiting time was caused by customs procedures in your country, which unfortunately are outside our control.

Regarding the packaging, your order did not include the gift-wrap option. We offer this as an extra service on our website, so your item was sent in our standard packaging.

About the additional payment: this was not a second shipping fee. It was the customs duty required by the rules of your country for international parcels.

We also apologise if you felt that your message was not answered. We always try to reply as quickly as possible, and we are improving our support service to avoid this in the future.

I ordered a giraffe and rattle gift set


I ordered a giraffe and rattle gift set on 14th July but was lost in Evri transit. Luka from customer support was very good and looked into it for me and then had another one made quickly and delivered by DPD. Arrived today in lovely gift box and both are lovely and very well made
Excited to give it to my son and girlfriend who are expecting their first baby

AVOID

Ordered a personalised item with next day delivery, both at an additional cost. Company provided no updates untill I reached out, then said they have been busy we will contact you once ready. They did not, 2nd contact magically the item was ready and I would be sent a tracking number. That took an additional 2 days. Then nothing no contact untill I requested a full refund, which they said of course! No refund given no correspondence again.

Do not use. Other companies doing the same thing would be a better shout.

This product offers excellent quality for its price! It’s both functional and stylish. Very comfortable to use, and I got a premium experience.The crochet toys are even more adorable in person! They are soft, well-made, and arrived in perfect condition.Definitely worth checking out. Incredible value for money :))

Absolutely Delightful Crochet Dolls!

I recently purchased a crochet doll from this merchant, and I am beyond impressed with the quality and craftsmanship! The doll is beautifully handmade, with incredible attention to detail. The stitching is neat, the colours are vibrant, and the overall design is just adorable.
