great little business!! hard to find but have some rare treasures in the offer, good communication!!

Amazing customer care and they have available products that I was searching for months!

I was after a rare game that was showing on the website. I was quite sceptical they actually had it, Most shops I tried to order from went to a waiting for stock page.
So, I thought I'd ring them and make sure. I spoke to Sean, was amazed they really did have it, ordered, and 2 days later it's here!

I think this retailer may have closed now. Ordered online - money taken but nothing dispatched, doesn't reply to emails, cant contact on the telephone. Raised a Paypal claim which hopefully recovers my money.

Absolutely outstanding company. They had a rare game in stock and I paid for royal mail 24hrs at around 2pm and by 4:30pm it was dispatched and arrived next day. Amazing communication from the company as had a few questions and all answered quickly.

Visited the store many times and bought a number of games from them. Every time, the owner is happy to come out from behind the counter to discuss and help find or suggest games when asked and we've had many extremely satisfying recommendations (most recent being Earth which is a firm group favourite now) so I can't recommend the store enough.

Ordered a kickstarter project in October last year and Sean was very helpful in answering my queries regarding delivery date over the past few months while waiting for it to be delivered to the U.K. He even helped me to upgrade and was super accommodating. Could not recommend this store more highly!

I placed an order, but didn't receive any confirmation, which I thought was strange, so I tried to contact them through their website, email and phone, but still no answer. I then googled whether anyone else has had any issues, where I found someone hadn't received their item and that they reported it to PayPal for a refund, so I did the same.

A week later my item arrived, very well packaged, along with an email explaining that it's just him working there and about their overload of orders, and their bad website; which is apparently going to be updated. The owner Sean was a really nice guy and very professional with dealing with me.

So even though it took roughly a week and a half, over a bank holiday, which didn't meet my expectations, Sean actually did, hence the rating, but had to knock at least one star off for the website. But would purchase again from him, as know how the place operates now.

Really confused on this one...looking at other reviews they seem to be a genuine business.
I ordered from their website and paid. I recieved no confirmation of order and heard nothing from them...
I never received the goods from them and when I tried to ring them they did not answer the phone...I left answerphone messages and never received a response..
I then emailed them and again received no response.
So I requested a refund from PayPal...
Very poor service....

Great choice of games for a good price. Shipping is fast, with great packaging. Sean is quick to answer the email with any questions. Totally recommend!

I ordered a boardgame from their online store. I hadn't found the game anywhere else in the UK, and it seems that Tic Tac Tabletop have a really impressive selection of games, particularly from Kickstarter campaigns, that can't be found elsewhere. This includes special Kickstarter bonus items and rewards as well as the core games. The game did take a little while to arrive, but I knew going in that might be the case so that's alright. Sean was also really helpful and gave me some very generous gifts to make up for the delays which was really sweet.

Happy to say that I am very pleased with their service. I bought a game online from
them that was hard to find. They dispatched it promptly and I received it a few days later with excellent packaging. Their communication is also very good. Overall I would recommend them for anyone who loves board games. Thank you for your care towards us customers!

Great service. I called ahead on a Tuesday to check stock levels and the owner confirmed availability.
Ordered online, the game arrived Friday morning and this was during a week sandwiched between two bank holidays. Would recommend.

I will definitely use these again, I had never heard of them before but noted that they were the only company via Boardgameprices that had a certain boardgame. It was good quick service and delivery, they also have a decent amount of kickstarters that many other retailers do not seem to have.

Excellent customer service, good pricing and always able to get hold of items they don’t have in stock very quickly.

Very friendly and welcoming service, great for people of all levels of interest, from children's games to full-blown campaigns. The friday night games sessions are also great. Could not recommend enough.

Excellent service very friendly staff. I had trouble getting a copy of a game and Sean managed to get me one promptly. I would highly recommend tic tac tabletop. 5 stars for me.

Sean really helped me out in an emergency after a previous order (from a private seller) got lost in the post just before Christmas. Can’t thank him enough.

I found the game i was after on the website at a Fair price and free postage..
Mid week recieved email confirming it had shipped..Then I recieve a message saying that its going to cost them more to send to me so it may be delayed! I offered to pay a bit more if it helped as I wanted the game for thd weekend..I never heard back regarding my offer so thought nothing more on the matter..
Skip forward to Saturday and it has not shown up so asked for tracking info..To which I was told it had not been posted and would do it the next day..Well the next day I get an email asking if I'm still willing to contribution to postage..Have asked for a Refund!!
