i’m receiving 100’s of messages a day, and going to report your company for harassment,

Horrible, unprofessional company. Probably the worst company I ever worked with. Completely unreliable and they do not care about you at all - only your money which they steal.

This company has taken my money & not delivered the item I ordered at the being of September.
Keep e-mailing them & they respond with a statement regarding delivery dates. My item has supposedly been in Cambridge since the 2nd September, as of today the 28 October still not delivered, absolute JOKE.
I have now asked for a full refund, but I wont hold my breath or I'll be dead!! Complaint now been raised with PayPal & other relevant authorities. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, DISGRACEFUL SCAMMERS

I waited more than 3 months to get the Christmas trees, which were advertised as acrylic, at least 30cms tall & looked amazing.

After 2 months I emailed & was told problem in distribution. We will resend.
I received the 4 trees i paid for today. Around 10cms high. Plastic rubbish & one is broken. When advertised they come on a big box, all packed professionally with polystyrene!!!
Nope 4 individual boxes with one tiny piece of bubble wrap!!!
Do not order from this company.

I purchased a childs school bag from this company which was never delivered. Although I had tracking notification providing updates on the transit of the goods, the purchase has never been delivered. Following numerous emails with the company, I still keep getting fobbed off about its location and requests for me to be patient. I'm now 11 weeks down the line with no bag or refund. Please be careful when shopping on this site. In terms of my dealings with them, they have proved to be very untrustworthy.

Not even worth 1 star PLEASE PLEASE don't buy anything from this company, goods are not even worth a £1.00 total rubbish, poor quality, nothing like what is advertised, will not give a refund

Do not buy from this seller !!!!
4 weeks and kept getting fobed off. Had to get a refund from PayPal.
Payed for it on 14th August and got a refund 15th September.
Disappointed

Ordered on July 21st still have not received the goods. I've been in torch by email and they said goods
were delivered at 21.21 on 9th Sept. NO GOODS WERE DELIVERED I am still waiting for a reply from my second email stating again no items delivered and PO do not recognised the tracking number. I'm waiting for answers to other questions as well

This website is a total scam. Don’t waste your money. Sent out the wrong item with a dirty mark on it and expected me to pay the return postage. PayPal was no help either so save yourself the bother and buy elsewhere

Ordered a child's backpack on 11 August 2025 as a birthday present. Now 20 September and I have received nothing. I would avoid. As far as I am concerned they are operating a scam.

False advertising bought Christmas Ornaments on offer ... showing 3 large Christmas trees which comes in a large box... read the small print ..received 1 small Christmas tree ... disgraceful.. price €20.00.
Have emailed to complain have been told to give it to a friend and reorder

FALSE INFORMATION AND A VERY BAD QUAILY OF GOODS

Wish I could mark them with zero stars, do not order from thus company. I placed an order on 16th July & still no delivery. Have emailed several times requesting delivery notice & get the same generic response. Have asked for a refund due to non delivery & always get deferred. Wish I had read the reviews before I spent my money on this awful company. Will I get the order or a refund, well I wait with anticipation & fingers crossed!

Never use this company! Waiting 7 weeks + for an order that was never going to arrive, repeatedly emailed requesting a refund and got the same generic response . Now they have reordered the item which I didn’t request and don’t want now and still refuse to refund! Disappointed is an understatement

This company is posing as HALARA. After two months received substandard jeans. Asked for address to return and wait for it! was offered £2 refund! (My currency is Euro).
Stay away from these con artists!!!!

Sometimes we purchase an item as a gift because we feel the recipient would enjoy the gift and appreciate the gesture we made. We place an order based on what is displayed and the verbiage loaded by the seller around the product and their T$C's.
Are expectations are then set and once our money has been taken, the seller then shatters the expectations. They dilute the thought, motive and gesture behind the purchase. FB shouldn't allow this to happen to their online customer base.

AVOID! I would have given no stars if i could! Avoid they are fake items. They use Halara videos but items are fake. They take weeks to arrive and refuse to refund or never receive them at all.

Not even worth the one star. Order arrived today after 6 weeks and not as advertised. Used a video for Halara jeans and the ones that arrived are definitely not! Complete scam and I would like a refund.

Still not received my jeans despite ordering on 22.7.25. Tracking says been holding in England since 18.08.25 at Lincoln LN4 3SD. Please don’t be fooled by their website… Do not order from company!
