Joanne and Georgia were very helpful and informative, they were also very polite and kind when we had any issues, no problems at all. The overall experience moving in was very easy and stress free thanks to the life by Ringley team

Joanne has been amazing, she has really helped me and my flat mate out when we’ve had questions, the Ringley team have always been available and very helpful. Georgia is quick to respond to any concerns and sorts issues out immediately!

My experience with Life has been nothing but pleasant. From the beginning to the end of the moving process, the staff were very helpful and always went above and beyond. The flats themselves are exactly what you see on the tin, if not better. They are also really spacious which exceeded in my expectations. Both Andy and Joanne were fantastic. All information was provided to me without having to ask, and they were efficient in answering all my questions. I believe smart tech/ online in house management is the way of the future!

Firstly I’d like to thank Georgia Catley for her speedy responses and continuous help with getting our microwave sorted. Throughout the whole time we didn’t have a microwave she kept checking on us and chased up the maintenance and installing of our microwave.
Although not relevant to our microwave in all our requests we have had whilst at the Mailbox, Georgia has always been very helpful and on hand inside and outside of business hours, being kind enough to even give her mobile number which we have been able to ring when she’s not in office.

n Barber sold my house in just over a week, he really is a great guy and good at his job, very straight talking, available all the time for any help and advice, I am not very tech savvy but even I could do everything I needed to without any help, as it is self explanatory, anyway thanks again Ian, you are a good man and a credit to Ringley

I had a comfortable pleasant stay at Mailbox apartments, the ease of access to train station and Stockport city centre makes it a perfect location. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly especially Nigel the building manager and Georgia from Ringley. All my queries were answered promptly and any help I needed was extended immediately.

Joanne was very helpful from the start! Communication was on point and she answered all my questions as I am a first time renter.

All the members of staff who worked in the building during the weekdays and the weekends were very friendly and myself and my flat mate never had any issues with any of them. Throughout our stay at the property our main point of contact with the lettings agency was through Georgia. Throughout our stay Georgia was always helpful with regards to any queries during our tenancy. The building is lush and is right next to the train station with direct access into Manchester City Centre.

Joanne was really lovely and helpful today. She explained this very clearly and made sure I knew all the relevant information. She wasn’t pushy and was very friendly during the viewing.

Everyone knows how difficult moving house is, but Joanne has made everything clear and pain free. Joanne has been patient and professional in all aspects of us moving.
