Georgia has been super all year round - she even helps people move in if you ask her nicely!

We found Georgia really helpful, friendly, personable and a pleasure to deal with.

I have dealt with Joanne and Georgia in the main and found the overall service received to be absolutely top notch - efficient, eager to help and everything ran smoothly.

Georgia was great squeezed me in on short notice took the time to show me round various propeties even tho the all looked the same 🤣

From the first point of contact with Ringley they were amazingly helpful. In particular Georgia Catley was terrific. The whole process of moving in was seemless.

I have lived in one of their properties for over a year now and I have never had a better estate agent. They are so helpful and friendly even after you move in. Always help out with any queries/ issues you get. Georgia has been especially great and always there as a point of contact when you need help. The agency/ general running of the building is a massive reason why I ended up extending the tenancy!!

Georgia has been exceptional throughout. Always helpful and willing to help. Easy to communicate and really friendly. Deffo ask to speak to her to deal with any issues if you rent a place at The Mailbox.

Really pleasant experience working alongside LBR, especially Georgia who is always helpful and delivers her promises.

Excellent performances should always be recognised rather than just an expectancy that they're just doing their job. Having worked with Ringleys for a number of months now and dealing primarily with Georgia I can honestly say that the professionalism and performance has been fantastic since the first phone call. A true asset to the business.

Georgia was amazing at showing us around. She made us feel so welcome and at ease with the whole viewing. She was really friendly and answered all questions we asked. She really is a credit to the job. Can’t thank her enough for everything she has helped us with. The apartments are exactly what we expected and we can’t wait to make it our home.

Amazing company, first time applying to rent and me and my partner have felt completely at ease throughout the whole process! Very professional, efficient and friendly. Highly recommended.

Always there when I need them. Helped me through stressful situations numerous times. You don't always get a great tenant and I am sure tenants don't always get a great landlord. I think JP Hay have always done a great job of smoothing the edges involved when the tenant and/or landlord are not in the best of places.
