Absolutely bad experience. My order never arrived, and the seller completely ignored my messages. No delivery, no response, no customer service. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

This company cheat you. They took my
Money from the credit card before any delivery in place. They never send the articles and never answer to return the money. Scam

Die Website erweckt den Eindruck eines deutschen Händlers, tatsächlich wurde meine Bestellung jedoch über AliExpress aus China versendet. Darüber wurde ich erst nachträglich informiert. Ein Storno wurde abgelehnt, Kontakt ist nur per Chat möglich, und die Rechnung erhielt ich erst nach mehrfacher Nachfrage.
Nicht empfehlenswert.

Ich hatte Biobaumwolldecken bestellt und direkt aus China von Ali-Express wurden billige Polyesterdecken für 20 € geliefert. Bezahlt habe ich für die Decken 148 €. Ich kann nur abraten.

Die Teedosen passen super in den Schrank. Bin vollkommen zufrieden

J’ai commandé deux appliques murales en septembre 2024 et je n’ai jamais reçu ma commande.
Le service après-vente affirme que le colis a été livré, mais aucune preuve (ni signature, ni photo, ni bon de livraison) ne m’a été fournie.

Après plusieurs échanges, le service client a cessé de me répondre.
Je trouve cela très opaque et peu professionnel.

À ce jour, je n’ai ni mes produits ni de remboursement.

Ich kann von diesem Shop nur abraten! Die Ware kommt direkt aus China und bei genauerem Recherchieren fand ich das bestellte Produkt anschließend bei einem einschlägigen chinesischen Shop zu einem Drittel des Preises?! Die Kommunikation mit Juglana erfolgt über einen Chat. Es dauert Tage, bis man eine Antwort, geschweige denn ein Rücksendeetikett erhält. Erst als ich nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen angekündigt habe die Ware an die im Impressum angegebene (Privat?)Adresse zu schicken bekam ich dann doch relativ ein schnell ein Rücksendeetikett. Ich bin froh, dass ich über Klarna Rechnung bestellt habe, denn auch die Rückerstattung des Preises hat sich über mehrere Wochen gezogen, obwohl laut Sendungsverfolgung die Ware schon lange angekommen war.

Ho ordinato un lampadario il 26 febbraio 2025, dal sito web il 3 marzo l'ordine risultava in preparazione, ma da allora non ho più ricevuto alcune aggiornamento sulla spedizione. Ai primi di aprile ho chiesto spiegazioni del ritardo attraverso il chatbox sul sito web (che è l'unico modo per mettersi in contatto con l'impresa!), ma ho ricevuto solo vaghe rassicurazioni sull'arrivo imminente della spedizione. Ai primi di maggio non era ancora arrivato nulla. Ho provato a riprendere contatti, senza mai ricevere risposta. Al numero di telefono indicato sul sito web si può solo lasciare un messaggio vocale. Ho tentato più volte, via chatbox e via telefono, di contattarli, ma non più ricevuto risposta! Il pacco è arrivato ieri, il 13 giugno... Impresa inaffidabile, disorganizzata e scorretta con i clienti. Non ordinerò mai più nulla da loro e sconsiglio vivamente di farlo a tutti

Terrible company. Impossible to contact. The lights I purchased are faulty and I cannot contact the company to arrange return and refund.

Bought a 500EUR light from them. It took over 3 months to be delivered, arrived shipped directly from China with missing pieces and scuffed metal pieces. No instructions whatsover on how to assemble or install. Terrible service overall - not worth the headache.

Katastrophaler Service! Sämtliche Kommunikation soll über einen Chat stattfinden. Dies funktioniert mehr schlecht als recht. Ein Rücksendeetikett für meine Lieferung wurde mir, trotz mehrerer Zusagen, seit über einem Monat nicht zugesendet. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert!

Compré unas lámparas el 9 de noviembre, y dos meses después no las he recibido. Todo son excusas donde las voy a recibir en unos días. He solicitado que me abonen en importe y recuperen su paquete. Pero se niegan a realizarlo y ya no me contestan. No compréis es una gran estafa.

han cobrado el importe y una parte del paquete no ha llegado hace 3 meses. Te explican que lo encontrarán, pero no saben cuándo ni cómo, que es problema del transporte no de juglana. Y no te devuelven el dinero y no te contestan.
He olvidado mi contrasena y no llegan los correos para recuperar la contrasena. Asi ni puedo entrar en la cuenta, ni ver donde esta el paquete.

Mooie lamp, maar komt uit China. Staat op AliExpress voor een paar tientjes.

Horrible product quality and service. The lamp arrived broken, wrapped in a Chinese newspaper, the quality of the product is very low. No replacement, no refund so far. They do not reply to support tickets.

This company will scam you. After I returned their items they did not return my money (237€) and they have ghosted me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
