Dont get fooled: all positive reviews are fake! They will send you poor quality products, probably not the ones you ordered.

Firma masakra, otrzymałam inny towar niż zamawiałam, kontakt beznadziejny, chyba mi rozum odebrało, że zamówiłam w tym sklepie. Odradzam!!!!!!!!

I saw the exact same items on Temu for 10% of the price. They don't seem to be as climate friendly as they claim

Mimo, że przesyłka szła z Niemiec, to dotarła stosunkowo szybko. Produkt dobrze zapakowany, przyjechał bez uszczerbku. Pięknie wygląda, porządnie. Polecam serdecznie zamawiać z Juglany.

Bought two lamps from Juglana. They arrived quick and in perfect order, however the style was not fitting my flat. I contacted customer service and the communication was great. I was able to send them back and get a refund. I must mention that the delivery was in France and they might have changed their return policy since, but personally I had a very pleasant experience and would totally recommend purchase from them.

Une ARNAQUE ! J'ai malheureusement lu les avis trop tard concernant ce site. Le service ne répond plus que ce soit le chat, les mails ou le téléphone. Produit retourné non remboursé. FUYEZ !!

Ho comprato una lampada ma il colore non va bene nella mia cucina, sul sito sembrava diverso. Ho chiesto un'etichetta di ritorno e un refund ma mi han proposto uno sconto del 30% sul prossimo acquisto. Voglio un refund completo e voglio dare indietro la lampada.

Wir möchten eine Lampe zurück senden, da sie eine sehr schlechte Qualität für den Preis bietet.
Der Kundenservice über den Chat und per Mail funktioniert überhaupt nicht.
Nach mehreren Versuchen sollten wir vor 10 Tagen ein Rücksendeeticket erhalten und haben es bis heute nicht bekommen.
Ich würde niemals wieder bei diesem Shop bestellen und überlege meine Rechtsschutzversicherung zu nutzen weil ich mich betrogen fühle…

I ordered a lamp from this website, after two months they have not even shipped the product, I asked for and did not receive a refund. As with the other reviewers we found out they were drop shippers too late. They do not respond to emails, the number does not work, and they have removed the chat functionality that they tell you to use from their website. The person who runs this site, Lukas Knaebel, is a crook. Look out for his other site too vekja.de and pd-planet.com.

I waited for my order 2 months or more, they didn't answer my emails and in the and when my order arrived, I found out they sent me wrong colour and now they don't respond.
Total crap.

Dieses Unternehmen ist nicht agil. Ich möchte 2 Lampen zurücksenden, aber ich finde keine Rücksendeadresse. Sie melden sich weder auf Anrufe noch auf E-Mails. Weiß jemand, an welche Adresse man die Waren zurücksenden kann?

Lieferung aus China aber die Qualität ist sehr gut muss man sagen.

Very nice online shop. Our Italian retro lamp was delivered faster than stated in the shop. The quality was surprisingly good and the beautiful designer piece fits perfectly in our kitchen. Everything perfect, can recommend it with a clear conscience.

Paket war zunächst verschwunden. Haben jedoch direkt eine neue Lieferung erhalten.
