Terrible business practices

Company on multiple occasions has over charged me. Zero empathy from customer service and supervisors when this happens. I finally closed my account, just to later still get charged and have to pretty much beg them to close it. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Worst service

Worst customer service, shoes are not worth the membership. Credits expire. Don’t do it!

Robbery Rules.... a must read

Not really too happy with all the recent changes made by the company, however,I am thrilled that customer service is still as great as they always have been. They were quick to address my concerns, explained to me the steps that led to this result, and most importantly, they adjusted everything to my satisfaction. So now, only because of the knowledgeable supervisor that I spoke with, I am going to continue with my membership of almost 16 years a while longer. Thank you for the adjustment, but would be better had they not changed everything in the first place. I'm certain that the new vip membership rules will loose a plethery of customers. now it feels like a robbery rather than a membership

Stinks

Stinks. Spend a $50 a credit on shoes I could buy for $35, then pay $15 for shipping and taxes. Ripoff.

website is great but it took several…

website is great but it took several tries to get the discount of 2 for 1 VIP credit to work correctly. It didn't automatically paire the two and I had to remove from the cart several times and put it back in there for it to show correctly

The styles are the same! Very pricey for the quality, being a VIP doesn’t help you safe money.

I always find what I'm looking for…

I always find what I'm looking for however sometimes my size isn't available. That's probably the only downfall. Quality and comfort are on point. True to size. Love the fact that each month you can earn a VIP point and they add up which is like getting free shoes. 😀 this is a great program.

Just Don’t!

I was with them for years because I had credits rolling around that I needed to use. At one point I tried to use some of my credits and the shoes never shipped, the order just sat in limbo for months. Then, after over 3 years of being a customer, they blocked me. I truly have no idea why. They kept my money, and the credits and blocked me on every device. I have no words. I never filed any claims with them or caused any issues, even though I should have. I can’t tell you why I’m blocked because I can’t reach them. At this point I am confused and disgusted with this company. What company just blocks people? One last thing, back when I was trying to cancel my membership with them, I never did because you had to call and there was always a huge wait time. They make cancelling almost impossible. Don’t get involved with this company.

Shipping should be free with VIP credits

I think it's unfair to charge someone monthly and give them a credit but then make them pay for shipping because their credit gives them a $0 balance. Shipping should be included with that VIP credit.
