Was on track to complete our deal on 20 November but for unknown reasons, Just delayed and dragged out the process, drip feeding requests, being hard to contact, no updates, delayed responses. Because they missed the deadline that they had set, they ended up having to pay for another property valuation which seemed ridiculous as they could have done a desktop valuation or accepted that nothing had changed. (Nothing had). It was incredibly painful and beyond annoying. I have wondered why they were intent on causing these delays but I can’t think of a reason other than incompetence. We finally completed on 14 February nearly three months after their original timetable. Would not recommend!

Absolutely shocking experience, please avoid to use this company at any cost. Broker name Adam Faulkner is absolutely careless, unprofessional, dishonest individual. Wasted 4 month of my life and money, didn’t reply to my emails for weeks, messed up my credit score and when I have expressed my unhappiness with his service he told me to go to a different broker. No single word of apology, charged me for evaluation fee 450£ and didn’t provide any evidence that the evaluation was done. Absolutely terrible service

Absolutely shocking company. I was asked to write a review regarding Chantelle from just mortgages and all was good at the start, really helpful. Since then it's taken a year since putting an offer on a house and still no movement. The mortgage advisor takes weeks to reply never answers her phone to us never answers emails sent by solicitors either. The problem is once this company has your money they ghost you.

Kim Woodbridge did a excellent job helping me buy my first home. She took the time to explain everything that was unclear and helped getting things done quickly. I highly recommend her.

We were initially hesitant to go with JustMortgages as they charge a fee, where others may not. However, with them having worked very closely with our estate agent and also the developer of our property, we decided to go with them. And today we received our mortgage offer! These mortgage brokers do not appear to understand the FCA rules .My experience was with South East region & Kent . ,
I noticed that the brokers compliance was seriously lacking and would not put my trust in obtaining mortgage advice from these guys .
I worked for Barclays for 10 years & understand duty of care .
Just mortgages came across as commission motivated & hard selling to the extreme ,

I am buying my first home with my mom with this agency HAART. No doubt they are very professional and my mortgage advisor ARY is so so so good helpful very understanding to what you actually need and does the best to get you thru your mortgage. He goes out of his way to help and he has helped me to get my mortgage. I must say very respectful human and I would highly recommend ARY PRASHER for any mortgage advice best person.

Happy one year & one month anniversary to the time Jonathan Leyshon asked us to pay a solicitor he knows money and said he would help us buy a house. We haven't heard from him or Darlows estate agents since despite going into the branch multiple times, calling and emailing. Last we heard 'there are no properties.'

Jonathan pressured us to pay within days of meeting him and I regret being naive and new to buying property.

Do not hand over any money to him/ solicitors he tells you to pay urgently/ Spicketts Battrick.

I couldn’t be happier with the service Joe Burns provided for me. He recently got me a mortgage on my new property which wasn’t easy but he worked tirelessly, keeping me informed throughout the whole process. He also recommended a great solicitor which proved to be very helpful. I would fully recommend for anything mortgage related.
