Ashley managed the sale of our flat and the purchase of our new home, and navigated all the bumps in the road with clarity and a saint like patience. Regular progress reports and updates, friendly, every question answered in a timely and informative way. Would use them again, but hope we'll never have to! We were selling the house for an elderly parent after they moved into a nursing home and we didn't live in the area so needed a local agent we could trust. The team at Just Property managed everything for us keeping us informed along the way. They continued to support us through the pause caused by probate after our relative died, and kept prospective buyers aware of the situation whist the property marketing was paused. Then, once we were able to proceed again and had accepted an offer, they assisted us by keeping the sale on track through some unexpected issues which arose during the survey and helped to ensure that the sale progressed through to exchange of contracts. I would definitely recommend this agent based on our experience.

Having just bought and sold with Just Property I have to say they made the whole process a pleasure.
One of the partners came out to measure up and after giving some useful advice took some great photos that showed the property in the best light. From then on all the staff we dealt with made every effort to help keep things moving. We sold very quickly. When we were viewing the property we ended up buying, again the whole process felt very personal and unhurried with good advice on pricing our offers.
My partner has moved many times in the ladt 20 years and has always used Just Property for the reasons I have mentioned.
This was my 2nd time and I would not use anyone else. They are just so much better than any other estate agent I have used in the past. They give estate agents a good name. Thank you the whole team.

Intrusive and Harassing Conduct during a Medical Emergency
"I am utterly appalled by the conduct of Just Property (Hastings). After getting muddled with a viewing location, I was met with rudeness over the phone. I clearly explained I could not continue further viewings as my 90-year-old mother was unwell. Despite this, a male staff member tracked me down on two separate occasions within a 20-minute window. He first confronted me in the street in Hastings Old Town at approximately 11:30 am. After I again declined, he tracked us down a second time inside a coffee shop 15 minutes later to continue pressuring me.
As a woman, I found being repeatedly followed and cornered in public intimidating, creepy, and a clear form of harassment—behaviour I doubt would be directed at a man. My mother was rushed to hospital that afternoon and remains an inpatient. Despite this, the agency’s only follow-up was a cold email complaining about their 'booked space' and a later dismissal stating they had 'done nothing wrong' as a 'family business.' I find their arrogant and predatory approach a disgrace. I will be reporting this incident to The Property Ombudsman (TPO) and advise others to stay far away."

This was our third time using Just Property and having used them as both sellers and buyers, we wouldn't go anywhere else.
